Pésimo servicio, costos adicionales que no tienen sentido (20 USD si usa o no usa bicicletas, si come o no come manzanas).

The staff are incredible and made our stay so comfortable. They constantly offered us fresh water, new beach towels and tips on restaurants. We used the free bikes but remember to take your own locks as theft is common and you will be charged 1000 if lost. The bathroom was big and clean. The carpets are a bit musty but not bad. Breakfast was great!!
The music and the ac are much too loud for our tastes. It was hard to relax at the pool. The music starts at lunchtime and continues until late. The windows are great so no noise in the rooms. We were in Miami during the heat wave so the pool felt like a jacuzzi so it was not refreshing. I am sure in the winter it is great. No I'm actually writing my review of the hotel we stayed in Miami.

Early check in was very nice. They stored out luggage also. Very kind service people
Elevator was a bit slow. The bicycle's were a bit beat up and not safe

The staff was amazing. Lily was great and really helpful with everything
Too loud and felt very unsafe being on the strip. Didn’t want to venture out anywhere at night because of all the chaos

Lili and Kai were GREAT. Super friendly, super helpful, and accommodating. They get 10/10.
Free water bottles for guests, free beach towels, free pool towels. There is also a list they give you of stores nearby that give you a discount for being a hotel guest. The restaurant, Havana 1957, has great music and a great vibe. Oh, and the lobby smells amazing!!
This is a difficult review because we hated South Beach, so I'm gonna try not to take my review out on the hotel.
The hotel was fine. As far as the pool, we didn't go in it. It seemed a bit skeevy. The hotel is right on the Ocean Drive strip so it's NOISY. Like, music blasting until 3:30am right outside your window.
There is also something weird with the plumbing in this hotel. I heard water from either my room or the room above mine dripping the entire stay. Our room only had a slight musty smell but our friends' room smelled really musty.

The location was great! The staff provided information about discounts available, reservations, and things to do when I was there. Guest services were wonderful, and I could enjoy riding the beach bikes on the beach for free.
I requested a quiet beachfront room and was unable to get the requested room at the time of check-in because the staff said that the room was not cleaned. This was disappointing as I wanted more of a romantic, quiet-ish weekend in Miami.

amazing amenities! clean. friendly and helpful staff!
super uncomfortable beds. fire alarm went off twice for no apparent reason.

Proximity to beach. The room . Ability to use beach towels and chairs. Complimentary water and coffee. Live music and drinks downstairs. Discounts at surrounding establishments. Proximity to public transit to get to other beaches.
The bed was uncomfortable: it sank in the middle. Not being able to rent the bikes for more than three hours.

not much to like about property
first of all the mattress cover wasn’t clean. secondly the front desk took a copy of my credit card. and thirdly the hotel room isn’t very easily accessible. they won’t refund your money for having a dirty room

Too much noise from 1pm to 5am
Very bad mattress
I've heard every step from the room above mine

Very good breakfast. Location was steps from the beach.
It was very noisy in the front, but it was spring break. Not the hotels fault. They took care of my issues regardless

Staff was very easy to deal with. We had an issue with the first room which got resolved immediately by the receptionist Lilly. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a huge bedroom.
Complimentary Water and coffee in the room.
The room would need to be pre-checked before a guest checks into the room. Our first room had a paint smell as it seemed to have been painted recently. There was a paint tray in the room as well. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to another room.
Florida law doesn't permit windows that can be opened in higher levels which made it quite difficult to get fresh air in.
The breakfast was not in the actual hotel but approximately 150m down the Ocean Driver in the "Victor Hotel".

top location
pricy valet parking, windows not too good insulated (which brings the party into your room if you have one off the rooms in the building on the right hand side.

Except the location on Ocean Drive, everything else in this hotel is below expectations.
The hotel has rooms in 2 different buildings and shares common spaces with 2 noisy cafes/restaurants. For our first night, we had to cross the courtyard of a cafe and an ice-cream shop to reach the elevator and access the rooms. The room had nothing special of interest, despite our late arrival, the sofa was not prepared for sleep. The bed sheets arrived later and they were dirty. The breakfast is not on site. You must walk to a different hotel and the food was disapointing. For night 2 we asked to change to the main building, as to access the room from the lobby directly. This room was nicer and larger however it suffered from lack of isolation. All evening until 3 am we have enjoyed the loud music (including DJ) without any possibility to sleep. After such bad experience, we have cancelled the following 2 nights and booked another hotel.

Only the location.
In my opinion the hotel is suitable for low budget travellers. Access to hotel is through a restaurant and ice cream parlour. Definitely not what I was expecting. Loud music till early hours. It was not worth the money I paid.
Rooms and bathrooms were filthy. Couches in the hotel lobby were dirty and stained. Toilets for guests’ use totally lacked cleanliness. Pool was dire, nothing like shown on your site. Very very poor standards.
Staff recommend visitor tours but were not genuine and not in the interest of the guest. I had booked a $55 tour with the hotel and was required to pay the hotel $25 at the time of booking and was told to pay $30 to the tour operator directly at the start of the tour.
I tried to cancel my tour within the permitted timeframe because I found out from the tour operator that the entire tour would take 6 hours from start to finish instead of 4 hours as advertised. I asked the hotel for a refund but was told that it would be dealt with by the tour operator. The tour operator said that any payment made to the hotel was not their charge and since they had not received any payment from me I should ask the hotel for a refund. The hotel then unashamedly said cancelled tours were not refundable, something they neglected to advise me prior to booking. They also failed to clarify that the “duration of the tour” as advertised, did not include travel time.
As I did not have 6 hours to spare, I had no option but to take the tour without the Boat Ride. It cost me $49 instead of $55. That was a mere $6 less for not taking the boat ride. What’s a rip off!

Perfect Location on the Beach. Nice atmosphere inside the hotel. Quiet lounge and internet service. Good view of the ocean from my room.
I never found the pool. No signs indicating where it is. I tried to warm up the room, heating system did not start. Warm blankets to the rescue.

The hotel location was fantastic for us, the staff where so nice, the bed was really comfortable, the room was really well presented, nice rainfall type shower. Would definitley recommend and will be staying here again next time i visit south beach area.
The only negative was the $51 we where charged for valet parking!

Great spot for a family. Room with a patio was awesome.
Would have been good to have a crib and couch bed made ahead of time

Location. Comfortable room.
Room appeared clean but we were sure that the carpet needed a good vacuum & bathroom floor a good wash.
