Overall, good, but work on soundproofing

Very clean - like Monika clean 😃 Breakfast looked very good, although we were not able to stay for breakfast. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup removing wipes. The shower had two heads - overhead and hand-held which is very convenient for the girls who don’t want to get their hair wet. Maybe consider adding a shower cap to the toiletries.

Sound proofing is bad. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us, and I’m sure it was the same for them. The mattress squeaked. These are the only two negative things.

It was clean, well lit, and comfortable!

Hotels make my anxiety so awful. THIS HOTEL I was comfortable! The floors weren’t sticky. The room didn’t feel damp. It was well lit! It was clean. The breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the waffle topping options. The eggs were good. The surfaces were clean. The AC worked well. The people were lovely.

The toilet was a bit low to the ground. I would’ve liked a few more tea flavor options.

Mediocre. Nothing special at all.

Room was very cramped. 2 lights didn’t work and the base of the desk lamp plug ins didn’t work. Certainly missed what used to be Hampton Inn exquisite service and warm cookies on arrival. Not with $160.00 for a one night stay!

It was good, probably better for families with kids to use the pool, etc.

The breakfast was the usual hotel fare, including hot items. They were good about keeping on top of refilling items as they were used.

We had to move rooms at 11pm because the person next to us decided to smoke in their room. We had adjoining rooms so the smoke smell was very strong. The manager came up and verified the need to switch. It was hard to move everything at that hour and then settle in for an evening rest. The person at the desk the next morning wasn’t very helpful.

The hotel is outdated and needs repairs and some places. I would not stay there again.

Staff was extremely fast both with check in and check out. My partner and I both remarked how we have never been to a hotel with such a fast process. Both front desk workers were quick and helpful with our questions

Eggs were not the best in the morning. You should not put american cheese inside a wrapped egg. Use a shredded cheese to prevent gummy texture and taste.

The ELEVATOR!! It’s super slow and scary going up. It take forever and makes you think your not moving.

Parking was atrocious. we came back at 11:15 pm on Friday and could not find a parking spot because 5 trucks with trailers were were taking up over 30 spaces because they were parked across 5 to 6 per vehicle/trailer spaces & we were told to park our 2017 Corvette at McDonalds which was NOT happening. The parking policy needs to be addressed! Highly doubt we’ll ever be back.

Friendly staff. Clean. Amazing continental breakfast, great options and and great taste. Loved the variety and topping options for the waffles. Delicious!
