Exceptional

Nice place. Comfortable, clean & a good location for our trip to Utah from Northern California. We were able to get a lower level room with a parking spot right in front of the room. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay for the price-- beautifully appointed rooms

Furniture & appliances were new. Great tile on walls & floors-- beauty grouting job too! Good water pressure AC worked great Great location Very tasty morning coffee

Poor breakfast selections Lobby door constantly locked Curtains you can look out through No bathroom fan to remove odors

I left before breakfast but I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort for the price

The only thing I didn't like was the water was soft. Which isn't a bad thing just not for me. If you like showering and feeling like your skin is so soft you can't tell if the soap is washed off or not. Then this the place for you. I've stayed in other more expensive hotels in elko and I'm not impressed. Dirty, grungy and worn down. Stay inn express was remodeled and very comfortable plus the ac is freezing cold. Heater is hot. Room was nice and has wifi and cable. 2 thumbs up. Polite staff as well.

I liked the sheets, the room was very clean.

The parking was a bit tight, but the manager made great effort to accommodate our car and small trailer.

The staff was very friendly. They helped me find a parking space and the next morning reopened the room so I could retrieve some things I had left in the refrigerator.

The parking is limited as it shares a lot with the restaurant next door. It was a tight fit getting in and out.

Worth the value, but..

It was in a convenient location next to many restaurants and off of the interstate. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

The size of the room is quite small for a queen room and the lighting is not good. There were what appeared to be bloody fingerprints on the ceiling of the bathroom which is unfortunate because it was beautifully decorated.

We arrived really late due to it being a last minite booking, as soon as we arrived the staff were super warm and welcoming. The manager suggested us places to eat late at night and gave us tips on our travels for the next day. Rooms were super clean and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was super powerful and there was a big TV in our rooms. It was such good value for money, most definitely would stay here again. Probably the best service and value for money hotel we have stayed in so far during our travels.

Great Value and Comfort in Elko

Pete at front desk was exceptional making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, quiet and the bed so comfortable. I’d stay here again especially with such a good value.

Overnight stay in Elko

The room was clean and has been recently remodeled with a fresh, contemporary look. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean and up to date. It felt homey and modern.

Parking was a little tight, not because there were not enough parking spaces, but because some people do not park within the space provided.

the location, the price, the staff, you don't hear noise from the other rooms even the one above you.

Disappointed

The sign out front doesn't reflect the name online so locating it was difficult. Guest are required to wear mask but staff do not. Plumbing is inadequate, walls need fresh paint, water pressure is to strong for the type of sink...

We basically stayed in the room to sleep. It was inexpensive for what we needed and it was convenient. The Chinese restaurant next door was awesome.

The bathroom was too small.

Motel could use some updating and customer service could be more friendly smile not worth the price

Was able to park close to the room

Hard to adjust room temperature to comfortable temperature. Water in sink and shower came out brown so had to let water run until it was clear complimentary shampoo and conditioner in packets was old and not usable
