Most staff was rude or short with you. When asking for help they would put it on someone else.

Room was cramped. Bed did not match the floors. Door didn’t work properly.

I would not recommend unless you can’t afford anything better.

Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Room size was good.

The room smelled horrible. It was very dirty. The toilet was about to break. The extra blanket was nasty dirty.

Didn't stay

Did not stay place was vary unsanitary. Bad smell, broken down place, advertising was vary misleading.

I didn't like that I felt like I needed canceled weapon apon arriving.

STAY AWAY .... BED BUGS + MORE

Location...That's it

Furniture missing in our room.All of it except a 25 yr old piss stained mattress. A giant hole in the wall with spiders and roaches crawling in and out of it. Bathtub had a rusty sharp hole right around the drain switch. The hot tub was ice cold, and the pool was filthy and about 90 degrees. The front desk is very rude All 3 of the employees told me to like it or leave. There is 0 management and they will not get you in touch with any management or owners. I can't believe Choice hotel's allows their flag here..Also a bed bug loaded mattress by the dumpster. Also was told they took care of it by removing it.. STAY AWAY

Old run down and under construction that hasn’t been worked on for a very extended period of time. Many amenities unavailable for that reason.

Didn't stay long enough to have breakfast. I left around 6:30 am.

Concern there was another dog that was an alpha dog a couple rooms away, so I had to look other directions of the hallway prior to exiting the room.

That the reason my husband and I booked there was for the hot tub and it was under maintenance. Canceled the reservation and went somewhere else as we were on a mini vacation. Property will not respond for a refund. Bad bad bad!!!

Disappointing

The price was decent. The staff was nice.

The parking was confusing. The rooms were messed up. I had prepaid for all the rooms. I paid for a handicapped room and one was not available. Which caused an inconvenience. There was black mold on the ceiling in one of the rooms. I was told I would be comped for the mix up in rooms and I was not. I wouldn't recommend this place.

For the price, it was fine. I liked the quiet too.

Convenient location Breakfast was adequate. The bed was very good and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep.

The toilet bowl was not cleaned. Looked like the housekeeper ran out of time. The rest was fine.

The breakfast was better than i was expecting. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, apple and orange juice, cereals, waffle mix, and more.

The carpets were not vacuumed, there was trash on the upstairs hallway floor for more than one day, the mirrors in our room was dirty, there was crumbs and dust on the desk, the phone was unplugged, when i moved the clock that was unplugged there were crumbs underneath. The whirlpool didn't work. The workout room had two things and was very dirty and the mirror was missing from the wall only the glue remained. The tub didn't drain it backed up, it also had rust on the tub drain.

We've stayed here multiple times but this stay was disappointing.

Evening front desk lady was very nice! Coffee was good.

Trash was overflowing in breakfast room and never was emptied. Coffee pot only was refilled when asked I understand they're busy but people want coffee in the morning. Hot tub was out of order but didn't say on website.

I felt really bad for the staff and possibly the manager. It seemed there was maybe 3 people. The hotel had many guest

Our room was updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was a good value. The staff really tried hard to please but with everything today sadly there is not enough staff for the facility.

I thought the pool area really needed some updating. The wood around the glass windows was rotting, it was cold in the pool area. The hot tub wasn’t working.

was in a great place. was clean. very good food we liked the food set up. the beds were very Comfortable.

towels and blankets had black stuff on them. and we couldn’t pull the Curtain closed. so we had to dress in the bathroom. the front desk person could have let you know the ice machine doesn’t work.

a scary place to stay

the dirty windows, dirty parking lot, half remodeled room , the yellow stains on our pillows (under the case) are just a few of the things that this property needs to fix. the broken cinder blocks in the parking lot, random charcoal grill, paint peeling and that is just the outside

I would highly recommend if you are just passing through.

The beds were very comfortable. it was nice and quiet and clean.

Overall the rooms are clean and the price was decent compared to other hotels in that area.

location was within an hour of every place I wanted to visit.

It was a little run down. looks as if it wasn’t taken care of in a long time on the outside.
