Fast friendly check in & out. Fresh water hot tea coffee in lobby. Room clean a little dated but comfortable. Pool clean & Hot tub was hot. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, super clean, wonderful bed, quiet, friendly, helpful staff! It will be our new "go to" when in Gaylord! 5 star hotel for a 1 star price too! We loved it and will be back and will be recommending it to others!

We had the apartment room and the space was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk was fast to respond and fulfill our needs. Breakfast lady was friendly.

For $224 dollars a night I expected more. The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower sucked, no water pressure...not impressed...next time I book a hotel room it won't be Best Western...very disappointed... couldn't swim because I couldn't breathe with that much chlorine in the pool area

Average. Front desk helpful when child locked key in room. Pool/spa area extreme chlorination. The dryer obviously needed exhaust pipe cleaned as it took forever to clear moisture. Room was clean except toilet looked liked the area below water line had not been touched in a long time so slight odor. We were traveling with two kids 7/10. We received a noise complaint for normal family levels of noise at 945pm as we returned from the pool. We are seasoned travelers and respect rules and others. The walls and floors are thin so just be aware. Otherwise, this hotel served its purpose for the night. The breakfast was very good.

Reserved handicapped room. Arrived at 11pm, got key, someone else was in the room. Was given another room that was NOT handicapped accessible. Front desk offered no concessions.

The walls and ceiling were paper thin and creaky. I stayed for a night hoping to sleep after a long drive. Unfortunately all night, the people above seemed to be awake and walking around, which because of how thin and old and creaky the floorboards were felt like someone was thumping me on my head. It was impossible to ignore and you have to have been there to believe how unbelievably loud it was. Everything else from cleanliness, room size, amenites, to staff, and the breakfast was great!

We loved our stay at the Best Western in Gaylord. Our room was better than we anticipated, the pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. The staff was very responsive and helpful and the morning breakfast was delicious! The hotel was easy to get to, and there were lots of dining options in the area.

Very well run, so clean and well-maintained by the cleaning staff. The king rooms we had had really nice seating areas plus a desk, refrigerator and microwave. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful and went out of their way to handle any request.

Everything was fine. No problems. Older motel, but nice. Other reviews showed people complained about squeaky floors, but if you’re on the 2nd floor, like we were, that was not an issue.

Breakfast was okay, enjoyed the hot tub, but the water pressure from the shower could be a little better, but I believe that's just the type of head for that shower. It served its purpose, but Gaylord needs to lower their prices for hotel rooms in general. It's not really worth the amount of money you have to pay for a room to be honest.

Stayed here for a night with my 8 yr old on our way to the Upper Peninsula and this place was great! The price was reasonable and the service and cleanliness was top notch. We enjoyed our stay!
