It was a place to sleep.

The bed was very nice

There could have been a lot more to choose from at breakfast.Like bacon and eggs sausage . The air freshener was awful. IT stunk like an out house.

Great stay

The king bed is super comfortable and the room very well appointed. There is a pool and the location is great.

The Mexican restaurant Amanda's next door was closed and there is nothing walking distance.

Cute motel with lots of charm

Cute older motel that has has a lot of charm and comfortable and clean rooms. Great location near Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Affordable and friendly and cute!

Wer nicht geräuschempfindlich ist, ist sehr gut aufgehoben.

Super nette Gastgeber Familie. Alles da was man so braucht.

Da es an einer Schnellstraße liegt, nicht ganz so ruhig.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable and my grandson was very pleased with the swimming pool

We drove our Dodge Ram 1500 and the parking was kind of tight

Seven of us ages 6 to 73 enjoyed six great nights!

Rooms spacious & comfy; pool very clean; ice was plentiful; Eric & Janina Bala were WONDERFUL hosts! Location was central to everything!

This is an affordable pace to stay for a night or two that is convenient to attractions in the area

The location is excellent for access to Garden of the Gods. An added bonus for us was that we were in easy walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant. It’s a quaint,old style motel with lovely trees around. The breakfast room was cute and cozy with a fireplace.

The room we had could use a bit of updating. Parking is pretty tight.

Get what you pay for but this was worse.

Poor plumping, badly working fixtures. Poor lighting, poor electric outlets, tiny room, no heaters. Half expected toilet to stop working.

Awesome! Great price and great room

The room was better than I expected. Looked and smelled very clean. Lots of big pillows on the bed. TV and mini fridge. The employees/owners were very nice and friendly. Great location

Cozy spot, great location, very close to shuttle location for Manitou Incline. Restaurants close by, friendly staff. Will stay there again!

Large, comfy room, close to Garden of the Gods

An older motel, but clean and well kept up. The room was large and comfortable, with a king-sized bed. Super friendly staff. Officially in Colorado Springs, but right on the border of the more charming municipality of Manitou Springs. Only 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. I wish we'd had more time and could have used the heated pool.

Could use some updates and more outlets.

big room, desk person was very nice.

the smell was horrible!! i couldn’t sleep because it smelled. gave me a horrible headache and made my throat on fire. very dated! awful. i would love a refund if possible.

Exceptional

The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless.. Not the fanciest place I've stayed at, but it was a good value. I kept the number in my phone for my future trips to Colorado Springs.

No complaints at all.

Very good

Room was very clean, beds was comfortable and it was quiet. Location was great for Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs.

Overhead light did not work in the entry and several lamps did not have light bulbs so the room was somewhat dark with the curtains closed.
