this a very nice budget property. Its clean and well maintained. Owner is very friendly. The furnishings are what you would expect for a budget place, nothing fancy but homey.

The Best thing ever was that I was arriving in the Fairbanks area after my aircraft was put on the mechanical disability list and I will be arriving at the hotel 5 hours later than I thought... the hotel was a good at adjustment to accommodate the delay and the arrival was handled by the hotel and staff .
The outside noise is not working well when trying to relax.

My husband and I wanted a safe place for me to stay while I commuted for school. Great staff/manager (Ilseong (일성)?) who were friendly. Felt very safe for a solo female student. Shared kitchen, clean rooms, plug-ins for winterized vehicles, manager easily contactable, good enough internet for work/play/communication. Deluxe room is good for a couple or a small family, single room is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Good distance from campus and town as well.
Great price for a place I think is better than Pike's or the Hamilton! You're not paying for fancy furniture, you're paying for a comfortable and clean place. I and anyone else I know will come here if someone needs to stay some time in Fairbanks. It is not a tourist attraction place, which is nice for me (Alaskan resident).
Please note, pictures are of deluxe room (only one room picture, it has two).
Road noise was not a big problem, as I brought earplugs. Earplugs may be needed if you're a light sleeper, but it wasnt too bad.
Once again, not a tourist trap or oriented for an alaskan theme, so if you are out of state, you may want something more "authentic".

Good for 1 nite-clean and comfortable
Could use better security. There are no dead bolts in room and key fits outside main entrance.

Room was simple and small, but had everything we needed in a homelike atmosphere for the short time we were there. It was a quiet room. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. Nice location. Proprietor was very pleasant to deal with. Window curtains and shades were good. Parking was right next to building. Good price. Would stay here again.
I liked everything.

I like how close the location of the inn was to the even I attended. I like how the staff of the building was very generous to meeting me and my companion in the middle of the night which was very nice of him. I liked how quiet the place was and that there was a tv in the room.
I didn't like how small the room was and how close it was to the bathroom. The structure of the inn was a little too small for me and the stairs walking to my room was a little concerning due to having luggage and easily tripping and falling. I thought the common area was a little unsanitized and was ill prepared for travellers.

Staff was friendly, they seemed a little wary of me when I showed up, but maybe that’s just how it is in Fairbanks. The room and bathroom were very clean .

The bed was hard. But the room was clean. Very basic. Would have liked a coffee pot, microwave in my room. I know it was down the hall.
