The man at the front desk was more than helpful and was super efficient and friendly. I. recommend stay at the Clarion Hotel by the airport. It's a great place friendly staff and great experience.
Nothing thank you for the great experience.

It was very easy & convenient to book a room. I was able to do almost everything online.
The night staff was very unpleasant to me, she was just so matter of fact about everything without giving any information I needed to find out

Good location, very close to the airport. Large, clean room. Good value for a short stay in SLC.
Bath was a bit worse for wear. Breakfast wasn’t great, with lots of polystyrene.

close to the airport. ample towels. bar and grill on the premises.
poorly lit rooms.

The breakfast was better than usual hotel breakfasts, because it was put on by the in-house restaurant. We also had dinner there one of the nights and it was fantastic. The dinner was east Indian and the breakfast was American. The staff were all so nice! I asked for two adjoining rooms and they gave us two rooms next door to one another, but not adjoining. Not a big deal, since we only stayed one night on the way to our vacation and one night on the way back home. The whole facility was clean if a little worn-in.
no complaints!

The breakfast was included and SO GOOD! Especially the waffles! The beds were so cozy and they had good things to watch on the TVs. The rooms were clean and smelled great and the bathroom was roomy and everything looked wheelchair accessible (I didn't bring mine on this trip but next time I visit I'll bring it and stay here again!) they moved me to a first floor room because I cannot safely climb the stairs and they were so accommodating. The room service was awesome and it was a very modern and well decorated hotel. I loved my stay!
It would be awesome to have an elevator to get to the other floor so anyone can stay in any room, but as long as they make accomodations so people can be moved to rooms they can access it isn't a big deal!

Staff was very friendly. The adjacent restaurant - Rajwadi Pointe had excellent food, wish they were open till 10p instead of 930.The room was comfortable and roomy for two. Breakfast was good - hot and cold selections. Coffee was good & strong
The hallway carpet could use a serious deep cleaning. Buckets were in hall due to ceiling dripping - hopefully that will be taken care of soon.

The bed
It was my second time booking this hotel and it was not what I expected. The shower head was not working at all and it needs to be fixed.

Good area front lobby is pretty after the remodel
Going up stairs to find my room the carpet is a bit smelly. And when flushing the toilet is makes a super loud noise . The sink water was also smelly . The crack under the door you can hear everything in the hallway and the light in the hallway is so bright and it lights in the room bc of the crack under the door

The room was clean with a comfortable bed!
The WiFi couldn’t reach my room and the shower was broke so I could only take a bath.

I really liked how the front desk was welcoming and always had a smile. Isyad was super cool and accommodating especially for my disabled mom. He gave me a close room downstairs so we wouldn't be struggling to get up and down the stairs. Isyad also had a wheelchair for my mom. He was very understanding and patient and that is something that I really needed that night! To Isyad, thank you so very much for an easy check in and out and it was truly a pleasure to meet and work with you!

Room was clean and bed wasn’t hard
That the hallway had carpet and it smelled but they are having some construction there so hopefully that’s Something they will change . The tv worked but it seemed like I could only watch 1 channel the controller only worked on power and volume nothing else .

location
the water to the toilet was turned off when we arrived to our room once we figured out that it was of it was fine. The TV also was not working. my husband pulled the TV stand out to make sure everything was connected and it was. The beds weren’t the greatest and the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug and was also disgusting.

Close to the airport. Shuttle when it's working.
I booked through Booking.com and upon arrival was told they needed my credit card and DL. My card was run for another charge of $3.25. When I called him on it, he said the system is at fault and didn't do the full charge. He then said I paid for a King room and when I arrived at it was put in two queens. I looked it up online and that room was $3 more. I called him out on it and he swore that wasn't what the extra charge was for but couldn't tell me other than nebulous "taxes" what it was for.
The email confirmation told me to respond to it to contact the property directly. I did so to set up my shuttle. Never heard back from anyone. Checked the website and everything else for other directions but nothing. Didn't call because I was traveling. Of. Course it wasn't there to get me and I had to spend $20 on an Uber to get there. When I asked about it and showed him the email saying to respond to contact him directly, he told me, "You should have called. "
Go somewhere else. You'll think this is the best option but you'll spend more, be frustrated, and have to deal w their ongoing, endless renovations and dirty floors and wonky fixes. There were two things in my room that could be considered maintenance problems that I had to tell them about, otherwise I'm sure they would have charged me for them with the $100 deposit the hold on your card.

The room is in a good condition and just remodeled. The room is big, clean, and has all necessary things; iron, hair dryer, Direct TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Two queen beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are great with waffle, eggs, sausage, milk with cereal, etc. and arranged in the nice restaurant. We haven't used the airport shuttle. However, I saw the airport shuttles in front of the hotel ready for picking up hotel guests. This hotel is worth for the money!
Carpet in the hallway should be changed. I believe the hotel plans to change very soon.

The beds were comfortable
The clarion was absolutely gross tooth past globs on the wall bathtub dirty the hole yard covered in trash trash cans over flowing I told the front desk all they said is I will talk to my manager

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
I waited about 30 minutes to check in, the service was extremely slow. The hallway seemed to be run down, old and smelly with stains on the carpeting. There is no elevator or bell service to bring luggage to your room. I had requested the airport shuttle for 345am pick up and no shuttle showed in the morning. Front desk clerk said I never called to make the request it wasn't marked in their books. There was no shuttle, taxi or Uber at that time to get e to the airport. The atmosphere seemed a bit unsafe.

Close to Airport and price.
No elevator to the second floor. Staff did not indicate this and I walked around like an a$$ looking for one. Ended up lugging my suitcases up the stairs. Filthy carpet throughout the hotel. Thank God no nasty carpet in the room.

Very very nice, great food
Out dated seem like they might be starting to possibly renovate. Front lobby fine. Hall way carpet was really gross. Room ok, but not great. Celling tile in bathroom messed up.

Beds were ok
Toilet broken and ac didn’t work. Staff doesn’t have good customer service skills

Large room, comfortable bed clean, good location, breakfast.
I understand that the facility are being refurbished, but the finishes were not what should be done. Cracked tiles in hall that seemed to be new, doors could not be shut because they were not hung right. This is not on the hotel, but the contractor.
2.8
No accommodations for leaving car at facility and shuttle to airport.
2.8
Room was clean, shuttle was on time, staff were friendly.
Too much light let into the room from the hallway, door needs a better seal. I booked last minute due to a flight delay but I still the price was too much for the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
