Convenient and Pleasant

The bedding was very comfortable, room was clean. and restaurant was convenient. it was a pleasant stay near the airport and the Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island state parks. Fitness center and pool were a plus.

Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Nice location and plenty of parking . The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

Only thing I saw was the shower looked as if it had not been cleaned . Not sure if it is required to have new toilet paper rolls . We had 1 1/2 rolls when we arrived. The rest of the room was presentable .

Overall, a good stay except for the issue with the bar

The location, the view, the price, the rooms were great

I did not like that I had to buy food to get a cocktail from the bar after a long day at the volleyball tournament. You lost a lot of revenue due to turn g us away

Great location to the airport!

I had a delayed flight and had to book a very last minute overnight stay. I purchased this hotel as it came with breakfast (included in the room rate). It was about 4 miles from the airport and they had free airport shuttle. It’s prime location to the airport, but I don’t know what else is around. I arrived late at night and checked out by 8 am so I didn’t spend much time here but it served its purpose.

I’d choose it again but I’d be smarter about where I parked the car.

Truly just around the corner from the rental car return facility. Also, the pool was lovely for a late night swim!

It has only one elevator that isn’t very conveniently located. This led to long walks getting back and forth to the car with a whole lot of stuff, so it was frustrating.

Conveniently located by airport for quick comfortable stay

We liked how close it was to the airport since we were only there due to missing a connection flight. The hotel is clean, bright, comfortable. The front desk is polite and responsive.

The breakfast part was confusing because I had booked the room as “breakfast included”, but then when we got downstairs we were presented with a menu stating that breakfast was $9. In the end and after asking we weren’t charged for the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre and we’ve seen better ones on this trip at Hilton hotels at this price range.

A very comfortable and helpful stay on the last day of our road trip

The staff, including the courtesy bus drivers, were exceptionally helpful. The free courtesy bus to the airport nearby. The size the room. The items in the gift shop.

Cannot remember - perhaps more choice in the gift shop.

A Pleasant Stay

Room is clean and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable and we had a good night rest. Staffs are friendly and very approachable. Hilton has lived up to its name.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get to.

When we got there after a terrible day as we traveled to Salt Lake for medical reasons, the card reader to check in didn't work. The desk clerk made me feel like was my fault and that my cards were bad, when I found out the card readers were out I was mad because I spent some time in my room logging into both accounts worried something had happened to my credit cards. Would have been nice if she said it was wasn't my cards but their system. Also, the elevators were not working. I was traveling with my 92 year old Mother who was not going to make it up 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage. I understand things happen but instead of telling us we could wait in the restaurant (again after a long grueling day) until they are fixed the staff could have offered to help us carry luggage to our room. Later after we finally got to our room we went down to the restaurant and were not able to eat because there was some other issue. Another computer issue I believe. Ok, I get things happen, but we are old, and were tired and hungrey, I asked if they could still serve us and charge it to the room or could we start a tab. She said no, but she could ask her manager. She had no empathy and acted like we were being unreasonable. She could of at least offered to compliment us with a drink and appettizer until it got fixed. So, instead we walked next door to another hotel and had a wonderful meal. Oh, then when we got back to our room the TV remote needed new batteries! Geez
