Not worth the money

Over-priced for the limited amenities

Front desk personnel were the best thing about this place. Very pleasant and helpful.

Elevator raised concerns with all the creaks and groans while in operation. Tub was so discolored at the bottom, I wouldn't go near it. There was one tiny bar of soap provided...NOTHING ELSE. Hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. My autistic son and myself are both highly sensitive to scents, especially cigarette smoke. The remote didn't work in our room so I had to dress after settling in for the night to go down to the lobby to get a working remote. Again, the front desk person was very helpful but at $160 for the night, you would expect not to have to be frustrated just trying to put something on the very small television in your room.

Very disappointing!

Good location. Fairly clean.

Booked as a room with 3 queen beds and they stated that they don’t know why it was booked that way because they don’t offer. Would have to pay additional for upgrade to room with 2 beds and a sofa. Pool closed. Had to unclog own toilet. Television remote did not work.

Good location, pay for what you get, not terrible.

The rooms were decently clean and not worn-down like other hotels you pay the same price for.

Our fridge wasn’t working so we have to have the front desk put our refrigerated items in their laundry room fridge. And almost every time we came back to the hotel to open our room, our room key would deactivate and we’d have to keep revisiting the front desk for them to reactivate it.

Hotel not well kept, walls, carpet needed repair..Kids in hall screaming At 11pm and 6am...towels had dirt spots on them used anyways, tv in room next room to loud Had to call front desk. Sunday morning electric went out before 6am no backup Just sorry this has never happened so we left by 9am couldnt take a shower or Flush toilet

don’t even get me started lmao the musty smells, the stains on the bed, the broken mirror, wifi not working. Me and my fiancé checked in, saw the room and checked out within 5 minutes we do not recommend this stay.

When I got there everything was a lie no pool no continental breakfast was not clean there was a roach climbing on the wall bathroom was disgusting Sheetz had stains and holes on it I was wondering if they even been washed stayed there because we had no other choice also the walls need to be painted very dirty feeling

Not a great Hotel - DISGUSTING

Was close to Hershey Park and a few restaurants to eat at - Is only about a 8 minute drive to Hershey Park and Chocolate World

The hotel is very run down - Rooms were very dirty, bed sheets and blankets were dirty, the floors were not swept, the halls smelt of cigarettes. Disgusting!!!!

rooms could really use some maintenance. the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and our door had no deadbolts for extra security. the indoor pool was closed as of Labor Day, strange!

Nothing. Uncomfortable beds. Electric outlets bare wires. No remote for TV. No phone in room. Toilet seat broken.window was dirty. Elevator works when wants to.Bare wires on air conditioner plug. Refrigerator was dirty.

Overall, it was a pleasant overnight stay. Cleaning staff just needed to take an extra few minutes.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Stains on bedding, bathroom mirror was fairly dirty and there were crumbs on the bedding of one bed. Just needed another 5 minutes of cleaning and possibly new bedding when there are stains that don't come out.
