I thought it was run by Wyndham Resorts but I don’t know if it is because it didn’t live up to the standards that I had experienced at other resort’s own by them.
The room was dirty, the bed was not comfortable. They need to start renovating because the room was outdated and you could see that they attempted to clean it but it still needed a good scrubbing from top to bottom. That was just our room, that would take just one day to do for just one room.

I love the room with the view! Sunrise and sunset were spectacular! The bed and pillows were AMAZING!!! I haven't slept that well in a long time. I literally Did Not want to go home. My son had the suite. I wish I could have afforded it .. his suite was incredible. Personally I think we should have switched rooms. Way too much space for one person. Lol... But he was picking up what I was trying to put down. 😂
What I didn't like was... I had to leave. 😢 I REALLY wish I could have stayed much much longer

Nice clean pretty

The location. It has a great view for Bayside.
The tile floor because you step on pieces of sand.
3.5
The lake view.
I booked 2 rooms. Although I asked that both of the rooms be close to each other, both rooms where on 2 floors and one of them was of a less quality.

The hotel was in a good location and an ok price for the area.
It was outdated and not very clean. Our floors were dirty and our sheets were dirty as well.

We stayed on the 5th floor in room 518... The view from our room was incredible... We slept with our doors open and were rejuvenated by the breeze coming off of the water! We will definitely stay here again!!! Nice location and quaint lobby with friendly front desk staff!
The rooms could benefit from a little remodeling. The television (with DVD player) was a little outdated and we could never figure out how to use the coffee maker (fortunately we were able to get a fresh brewed cup from the lobby). Overall, the likes definitely outweighed the dislikes, so I highly recommend.

Location
Dirty room, dirty floors, AC didn’t work upon arrival, Jets in the tub stopped working then wouldn’t turn off, preventing use of the shower. Maintenance was called to the room several times to fix things that were broken. There was an issue with aggressive neighbors that were playing loud music and banging on walls for several nights all night long and the property did nothing to prevent or rectify the situation. Disappointing and infuriating.

location
our room had coating from the ceiling falling down onto the floors and furniture the entire time we were there. Saturday evening when we were going out for dinner we told the front desk person that the mess was back again and she told us that there was a broom and dustpan in the closet!!! The age of the Hotel, there’s no way to confirm that we weren’t dealing with asbestos. We are 100% getting some type of refund. we could not believe how badly the Property had gone down.

I loved the space and the view. I enjoyed the tub with the jets in my suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The shower could have had a better shower head since it was such a beautfully large shower. There were 2 heads and 1 didnt work and they were placed next to each other.

The location is perfect for great views of the bay, close FlAger’s lsland for a drink or bite. the staff was great!
our room was cold the air was switched off. the staff was accommodating and gave us a space heater that worked well

View from the room was beautiful. However, the balcony is not big enough for a chair to sit and enjoy the view. Bed was very comfortable. Big bathrooms.
The whole room is ceramic tile.

I enjoyed the huge room w/ kitchen and balcony door. The location was great for my price of mind getaway for 4 days. Staff was pleasant. I needed peace and quiet and I received that.
Only thing I didn't like was the two channel selection from Weather.com to Heartland only available channels to watch....but other than that....
🙏🏾Great stay.
Now I'm a Heartland fan🙃

Donna was friendly always smiling! game room for the kids was nice
living room tv didn’t work for cable or anything and when I asked she told me what to press and I did but it still didn’t work, the key card had to be reactivated couple times: which they could offer small breakfast fruits or something that’s always nice
