We love the location and amenities

We love the location and all of the amenities!! We have rented condos here multiple times.

This is our first time staying in the hotel rooms instead of a condo here. The room is outdated and wasn't very clean. There was some small spot stains on the blankets and a piece of clothing was left in the closet by a prior guest that i am assuming was not checked by cleaning staff. The floors were very sticky when we first went in I wiped them down with wet paper towelsthat i had brought. Also our sliding door to the balcony did not lock. We expected a larger refrigerator.

I would stay again it’s a big hotel and I understand they get busy but cleanliness is everything.

I like the set up of the room it’s definitely a peace of mind there was a smell I couldn’t get over.

It could’ve been more clean to me especially the shower. The toilets were low for a tall person or a person with long legs it’s somewhat uncomfortable.

Pool closed at 8pm Every night we went back to our room after a day out the minute our elevator door opened it smelled like skunk and smoke Condom wrapper left in our room And the air filters in the heater was like they are never cleaned

Such a fun place made my sons bday very enjoyable!

Literally everything! Went for my sons birthday and the arcade, pool, hot tub, bounce house and other games were all a hit!!

My only issue was the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to work. It was very warm even after turning the air down to 68. They did provide a fan in the room which made it nice for this matter.

Pleasant stay and great location.

Great location and amenities especially if staying with children ice rink, pool, ocean front. Room on 5th floor was clean looks like a few small updates were done. Nice view of bay.

Hotel overall could use some updating and pool is small for size of property.

Not going to recommend the hotel.

Shower supplies (body wash, shampoo & conditioner-empty or nearly empt). Bathroom sink light did not work. Exhaust fan not working. Tub stained. Refrigerator iced up, not sitting straight-level. Carpet worn. Pointed out bathroom issues to front desk which could have been easily resolved, but we’re not. It may be peak season but not worth $400.00 a night.

LOVED being ocean front and walking out onto the beach was definetely a plus

Great value for the money

The amenities are great! The staff were friendly and courteous.

When I visit again, I will not ask for an atrium room. The ambient noise from the atrium was not wanted to hwar on my vacation. I will spend a little more for an ocean view room.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Check-in and Check-out took very little time.

The thermostat was locked in to a setting and you could not change it. I prefer to sleep in a cool room but I could not readjust the thermostat to my preference. The room was constantly in the mid 70's which is too warm for my liking.

It was a very relaxing weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at the Carousel Hotel. I will definitely be back. All the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The water in the pool was relaxing

The oceanfront room and the amenities and restaurants.

At first we were placed in a room that was oceanfront but had construction in front if it that messed with the view. The staff were able to get us another room however it was not very clean. It was busy at the hotel when we stayed but the whole hotel was a little dirty.

it had an ice-skating rink and a bar/lounge and restaurant on site

The staff was rude at check-in. I asked for a 12 o’clock check out and was denied. there were no dishes, glasses, or silverware in the kitchen of the room.

Non working toilet Front desk employee that was very nasty. A manager on site or one that is reachable Not being reimbursed for the last night when i had to leave because the toilet kept having issues. No manager to assist

Room was musky....went down to fish all week so up early in bed early...music played too late for me ...lot of construction and banging....running the ice machine at 930 at night and thursday night 5 little boys running around screaming at 11 15 at night....dont mean to sound like a party pooper but I personally wouldn't stay there again

Superb

The Carousel was child friendly. Nice rooms and responsive staff.

While the elevator was out overnight we did have an alternative which is ADA great for me. The heat was not on yet. Although we were given extra blankets. I still think my cold was from the extremes. I couldn't use blankets due to allergies as they had slight floral smell.
