The location. The resort was clean. It was an overall good experience.

I did not have a microwave in my room. Then I had to pay 25.00 dollars to have one in the room. The restaurant was pricey. The last few nights, the police were there for some disorderliness.

Food and drinks are overpriced. Getting a beach umbrella and chairs is a joke.

Over all nice stay.

The place was immaculate.

The price of food pretty pricey and parking wasn’t enough at the hotel had to go park cross from the hotel.

It was good other than the maid service.

Location

We took the do not disturb sign off the door a couple days while we were gone for the day. When we got back, the room still did not have maid service. We had to empty the trash ourself. We had to get clean towels from the front desk.

Wish this experience would have been a little better with the hotel room experience.

Bar on the beach and the convenience of the chairs and umbrella!

Traveled there for our 12yr Anniversary and was not happy. My room was supposed to be City View which was no where near city view, We were looking at the top of the Taproom. We were over the Taproom which it was bumping all night. The AC unit was very loud. Talked with the front desk about the room and they said our room wasn’t supposed to have a good view which didn’t make since to me especially when the name of the room was “City View King”. The Bar on the Beach was very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The amenities and staff were excellent. Food from restaurant and Wahoo Bar were delicious.

Couldn’t sit out on balcony, too small.

We had a great time

It was right on the beach. Very welcoming staff. The place is beautiful. The room was spacious even though it was laid out with both the bed and tv facing away from the ocean. Could have placed the furniture to see the ocean

This may sound silly but we stayed in room 909. The couch and the bed both faced away from the ocean. If the room would have just been flip flopped it would have been laid out the same just facing the OCEAN. And no microwave in the room.

Give this place another year or so, I wouldn't recommend booking until they get everything finished!

Nice location, Remodeled Room and nice beach bar , beach chairs and umbrellas - and bar service on the beach

false advertising - websites said it was remodeled, there would be a restaurant, brunch, etc., no gym, unde3r construction, very loud in the morning, contractors were working above our room, bathrooms were very difficult to get to from the beach

Didn’t have the indoor pool or any of the restaurants (other than the bar) that the website stated. Did not have a gym as advertised.

The staff were less than accommodating. Not friendly whatsoever.

Location. Only steps away from beach. The resort provides towels for both beach and pool.

The check out time was way too early. Should be Atleast 12 pm. The smell of our room was offensive. Smelled of mildewl. We had a leak in our room the entire stay. One morning my husband forgot to take his suitcase off the bed and housekeeping came in and wouldn’t change our sheets due to the suitcase with wheels being left on bed. Told the front desk and housekeeping twice we moved the suitcase and they indicated they would be back to change the sheets and never showed. The room doesn’t have carpet so you constantly feel all the sand on floor and have to walk around with shoes on or your feet turn black. The balcony is only a standing balcony. Great view to beach but can’t sit out on your deck to enjoy the view. This property has the potential to be better but needs staff who are friendly and actually like their job. Everyone employed here seemed so miserable.

Great time and loved the hotel

Hotel staff was great and the hotel inside including rooms were very clean.

The dog poop and pee. Need to get rid of the dogs! They were barking in the rooms also. Hotel staff was great, but the beech staff was rude.

The proximity to the beach is perfect and the hotel has many great features.

I liked room view, the bedding and decor and the proximity of the hotel to the beach. The outdoor bar/cafe had good service and the food and drinks were delicious. Ample parking. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were given some complimentary items while we waited.

Location, serving at the beach, providing umbrella and chairs , late checkout

Power wash Cleaning of breakfast bar during the breakfast. 1) the noise was loud in the morning to sit near breakfast table 2) cleaning up during breakfast time was inconvenient 3) under staffed , orders took long time

Dissapointed.

Maybe after construction it will be a good place. The idea is good. Floor in guest room was FILTHY! Had to wipe a minor water spill off floor and towel was literally black with one quick swipe.

No access to beach from back. Have to go out front and walk around. Staff amd mgr was not friendly, truthful or helpful

The Breakfast was really good hot when it came out to us and we enjoyed it on the beach

It was fine. Nice staff, pretty rooms…visually. Long way to go to be a ‘resort’

It seems like this change of ownership property is trying to make it a full resort but it is not there yet!

We had to walk to through the parking lot to get to the pool, beach, and on property beach bar. This including crossing a section where a pipe was disposing fluid that got slick at night and my daughter slipped and fell on it! Most restaurants advertised are not yet opened. Also, we were told we were given a 2 Queen room and it was definitely 2 doubles! Lots to work on here! The staff is doing what they can but ownership needs to do their job here!
