Everything, stayed for our anniversary and to explore Vail. PERFECT 🥰
Just a little thing, I drink english tea which was not good with half and half or coffee mate. Staff did their best to help out. Also as I have long thick hair the hairdryer provided was very slow and took forever to dry my hair. To be honest I would just bring my own things if ever was to return to the hotel.

Hotel almost ski in/out. Very comfortable. Great hot tub and large well equipped room.
All good

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and attention to detail, such as coffee, hot chocolate and cookies provided free of charge during the day in the lobby. Outdoor hot tub was opened a few minutes after requested, offering an extraordinary relaxation option after skiing.
A one-hour late check out at no cost was offered, but we ended up opting for a longer late check out at an extra cost, which was very convenient for us.

It's a very classy, upscale and quiet hotel. We loved the room with the mountain view and balcony. The bathtub was glorious.
The only struggle was the room only a couple of USB plugs and only a few inconvenient electrical outlets.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel/ rooms were great!
No parking, we had to use valet or use a parking garage. Bed was too soft for me but room was great.

We loved the Hotel atmosphere and accommodations. The Staff was exceptional! Very courteous, attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel location was perfect; locate close to all the restaurants and shops but not right in the middle so we weren't near any extra noise.
Nothing, we loved everything.

Clean and beautiful furnishings! Amazing location!! Alex, the valet is an excellent employee. We had a off-putting experience with the woman at the front desk but Alex jumped in and helped get us situated during checkin and checkout.
Front desk reception: There is a fine line between an entitled terse personality and a rude impatient personality. I am used to dealing with the former and have no patience for the latter.
The story: After I called reception to explain our travel delay that had pushed our schedule back a day, I was cut off mid conversation three times. I asked to please mark our arrival late and not a “no show”, as I have had my rooms given away in the past. When we finally arrived after 10 hours of travel, she let me know there was something wrong with our reservation, as it looked like our room was not ready for us. I was not happy, tired, and had three family members that I was trying to calm down. Fortunately for her, while she checked on the issue, Alex jumped into action and helped our tired family get unloaded and into the warm lobby. Thank you, Alex!
The receptionist came back, said it was just a mistake on their end and was able to check us in. No “sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the confusion, here is how to find your room, we hope you have a pleasant stay with us, etc.”
She may have been having a bad day or conditioned to dealing with difficult people, but it set a tone that I was not there to experience.
We hit the reset button after the checkin experience and had a wonderful time at the Lodge. Great place in an incredible location!

Absolutely terrible service. I received a confirmation email that said the property will accommodate my request for late check out. When I got to the property I was told they would not honor it email or no email. Staff was inexperienced and rude. Service was also terrible at breakfast it took 40 minutes to get 2 sunny side up eggs from the omelet station. I left eventually and was told the eggs would be brought to my room when they are ready. They never were brought up. For the money, plenty of better places all around vail village. First and last time I stayed here. Easily the worst experience I’ve had coming to vail through the years.

very rude receptionist. i believe her name was Clara. the staff was helping with our Valet service, and she came and didn’t let the staff finish delivering our car, interrupting in middle, and she asked the staff to help some other guest. whom It seemed to be her relatives. glad the Valet guy was nice enough to say NO to her and finish his job with us.
