Not worth it

I loved the lady that checked us in

The morning worker was extremely rude and made up rules that made me sense. She tried to kick me out for wearing a bikini. There is literally a pool 20 feet from my room , she kept calling threatening to kick me and my husband out of the room and call the cops. Aweful. Stay. Really want my money refunded

Best way inn

The price I got online on booking.com was amazing for a Friday night. The room was tucked off by itself so it was quit .

It was cold and took forever to warm up.

The desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping was friendly and very efficient

The beds were very uncomfortable all of us had sore backs from them. The lighting was poor especially at the table once it got dark we were unable to see much if we sat at the table. There needs to be some outside sitting areas since all the rooms are non smoking. I'm a smoker and don't mind smoking outside the room but my legs and back will not allow me to stand very long so smoking was a problem. They had said in their site that there was an indoor pool. We were excited to be able to swim however it is closed down during the winter season which was not stated on the website. We were very disappointed as that was a big selling point for us to stay. We couldn't cancel as they have a no refund policy.

The double charged me the 2nd week I was there then the next week before I even booked a room they withdrew 318 dollars from my account for no reason. When asked they said "we don't know how to use the computer" absolutely a disgrace. Please stay anywhere else but here if you value your money. And whatever you do, do not give them your card number.

basically walked in room looked around, grossed out and left. Roaches, crickets, cigarette burns in bed sheets, mattress and curtains. Pubic hair on sink and toilet,dirty underwear in the trash can, things smeared on walls, holes in wall and hole kicked in bathroom door. The smell of pot etc... Front desk would not refund my money had to sleep in my truck.

Staff was friendly and accommodating!

The beds weren't very comfortable. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room. There were 3 of us staying there and we only had enough towels for 2. The ceiling was cracked and there were holes in the curtains. Not very wheelchair accessible!!!! Couldn't get to the pool with my wheelchair!!!!

The A/C was broke,the shower broke 5 hours after we checked in , the toilet didn't have enough vacuum suction had to fill trash can and pour water into toilet, microwave did not have a glass tray,the blow dryer was burning and blew the circuit breaker, bathroom tile was filthily when wet black dirt came out, had trouble with door lock thought the curtain was getting caught but it was the lock,room 248. My grand daughter wanted to get another hotel,shes 7.

Was ok would have been better if the heat worked better.

Breakfast was good could have used a little more choice options but was good for what they had. Location was about 30 mins from where we needed to go but no places closer

The night we got there the lady had to call someone to do everything on the computer and couldn’t give me any paperwork or anything and it took forever and we were just ready for bed. The room was very cold and had a note not to turn t about 74 for 2 hrs and the floor was freezing. Room never really got warm until about 24 hrs later and then staff turned off our heater the following day so it was freezing and never warmed back up again before we left. Not enough pillows either. Didn’t make sense you could only put in 2 adults on the website.

Put some slip resistant pads in your showers & I froze lol

Like the staff were exceptionally helpful and extremely knowledgeable and informative. They were also Kind and greeted me as soon has I walked in the door. We had good conversation while i was checking in and helped with everything I May have needed help with, & also the house keeper was very kind and very hard working. Thanks keep up the good work.

looking forward to staying again

We loved the location as it was close to everything and we could have out little dog with us and there was a patio out the back door so it was easy to take our dog out

The chairs in the room where very worn and looked like a dog or cat had gotten a hold of them and it wasnt mine.
