Beds were nice,

It was very close to the zoo and white river state park. This was about the only things that was really good about this hotel.

There was no ice on our side of the hotel. We had to go to the complete other side. I spent a lot of money to stay one night and had to walk forever to get ice. We had four people, we had to fill the ice bucket multiple times. The ice machine in our hotel was a 10 second walk from our room. When asked the front desk about the ice, they said this side of the hotel didn't have any ice at all. Very disappointed in this. Why didn't they tell us this when we checked into the hotel!!

comfortable, convenient, friendly

the lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the staff was amazing!! everything was within walking distance for us

the breakfast was ok. the area was really small with lots of people in there it was a bit much parking was awful in the garage

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Les chambres grandes et confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attitude d'Andrea à la réception. Nous sommes descendus trop tard au petit déjeuner. Andrea a trouvé une super solution et a reculé d'une heure notre heure de check out afin que nous puissions prendre un peu plus de temps !

Les lits pas assez fermes à notre goût.

Facility was nice, staff and accommodations not great

The facility was close to restaurants and amenities, and was updated and clean

I did not like having to pay $35-$40 per night for parking. The staff was horrible and rude and valet was extremely slow

Smart layout of room with comfy beds. Close to various entertainment options downtown

Elevators are a little hard to find. Far enough from dining district to making exploration on foot a chore

Very nice and clean building. Staff was very nice and polite. Overall great stay

The parking wasn’t that great and 3 hotels in one got a little confusing. The fact that we had to pay to park even tho we paid for a room sucked.

Exceptional

The staff from the valet, to front desk receptionist to room service/ housekeeping were inviting and respectful. My room was within minutes of everything I did and wanted to do. I will definitely stay here again the next time. I'm in town.

We had a great stay and enjoyed breakfast.

I didn't care much for the parking. I had to pay extra for parking and when we went out for something to eat, when we returned, finding a spot was difficult.There isn't enough parking in the garage for three hotels and dining.

wonderful

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. everyone was very accommodating. The view out our window was stunning.

The only problem we had was with parking. The garage is very small and shared by multiple Marriott hotels. we were unable to find a space when returning late after a concert. Fortunately we found a valet guy that helped solve our problems in a very courteous manner.

I liked the location of the hotel

The parking situation made me miss an important event because the machines were not working . I had to go all the way back to the front desk and figure out how to get out of the parking garage . I was very disappointed being as I am on a walker so it’s hard for me to walk anyway.

I thought the breakfast was good. I wish their could have been an option for ordering breakfast.

The parking situation was terrible. We had trouble getting out of the parking garage everyday. The only thing that made the parking situation bearable was how the staff handled it.

convenient but not worth the money

was clean but room set up was tight. parking for staying at the hotel was expensive at $35 a night.

hot breakfast was awful. eggs were watery and grainy, sausage was gross. bagels were hard. ended up with an expensive yogurt and some OJ bc they ran out of apple juice before breakfast was finished.
