The beds were so worn out i was sleeping on a hole. There was other people hair everywhere. It was truly a horrible experience. Please get new beds.

The motel was near a mall which was really nice, it was also in walking distance to a few places to eat.
The fact that some of the people were noisy at times, but other than that it was a nice stay.

It didn’t have a microwave or fridge the Wi-Fi was very bad signal

I like this hotel and it’s cleanliness.
(Poor mattress quality) The mattress was very hard an uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore neck and back. Also, you need to provide more pillows.

Very convenient to dining and other services.
Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful
Kept finding some tiny ants. However we know they can cause a problem for anyone anywhere it wasn’t a big deal. Front staff was very apologetic and said they have been trying hard to get rid of them.

The room was big and well designed. Close to many stores and restaurants. Limited noise from outside and other guests.
The room had an unusual odor. The air conditioner was very dirty and the bed I slept on was next to the air conditioner.

I like everything was right there in the area
7.0 / 10.0
Lots of stores in the area
Sometimes it was a bit of noise at night with the number of people staying there...children crying etc. Teenagers walking around and so on.

I have stayed here a number of times; it is my go to location when I am in country.
A/C controls could be better

The clerk was trying to be helpful I guess
States it's a non smoking facility.. lies.. there's ashtrays in the rooms and cigarette burns in the bedcovers. All you can smell is cigarette, which is bad for someone allergic to cigarette smoke.
I booked a double deluxe, 2 beds and a refrigerator.. I got a 1 bed, no fridge, smoking room. Nothing close to what I booked. Had to sleep in my truck.
10.0 / 10.0
I liked the comfortability of the room. I also liked that there was a fairly quick check in and check out procedure.
I didn't like that there was no microwave or refrigerator included in my room as I had been informed through booking my reservation.

Hotel was convenient to stores and was pet friendly.
Staff that checked us in was somewhat rude. Housekeeping staff did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate with them.
3.0 / 10.0
It was clean enough
I only asked for ONE THING, a quiet room. They put me in room 101 RIGHT NEXT TO THE OFFICE. I mean as if my request had ANGERED them. I heard shouted conversations ALL NIGHT, slamming doors all night, and whoever was upstairs from me was dropping heavy things on the floor like hourly. Everything else was OK except you really don't get ANYTHING anymore, like no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner. Did I really need any of that? No, but I DID need SLEEP!!!
