After paying 375 for a night in a crappy room that was filthy with rude customer service I am upset contacting bbb next.

Avoid, pay a little more unless this motel has a complete overhaul.

Great location to the Navy base.

Overall worst hotel ever. First thing, the smell. Smelled like a skunk. Second some kind of car wash in the back of the parking lot. One chair in the room and after 5 minutes my butt was asleep uncontrollably. Basic stuff like the handle in the shower was broken and sharp piece exposed. Just way too much to list. I can say positive that the front desk staff was super nice and helpful but I guess you get what you pay for but I can say, I rather pay more next time.

I didn’t get to stay because you canceled my reservation without notice

I didn’t like anything because our reservation was cancelled Without my knowledge!!!

You could have sent me a notification my reservation was cancelled but you didn’t I drove 6 damn hours only to find I didn’t have a place to stay even though you sent me reminder notifications that I did! I will never attempt to use your crappy company again and will most definitely be letting everyone I know how you mistreated me

You get what you pay for.

The motel had a terrible odour both inside and outside the motel. There were permanent residents or long-term stays living at the property playing music at all hours and smoking in their rooms. Doors were slamming in the middle of the night. People knocking on doors. It felt like I was living in a dorm. There was no shampoo in the shower. We had black particles coming out of our A/C. The rooms were not equipped with the same amenities (i.e ice buckets, refrigerator, microwaves, towel holder). There was virtually no cleaning staff to pick up our garbage or give us fresh towels unless you requested it at the front desk. The staff working the front desk were mostly there to take payment and sat for most of their shift watching movies, talking on their phone or vaping outside the front door. I did see someone spraying air freshener in the front lobby to mask the smell. It all seemed very unprofessional. The only thing positive I can say about this property is that it was affordable.

Worst stay ever

Location was pretty good and close to the activities we planned during our trip

Staff was very rude. Room was filthy, bathroom had not been cleaned only the toilet lots of mold around outter edge of tub. Insidethe showerwas tons of hair on wall and shower curtain and the sink stillhad tooth paste splatters from previous guest. The room itself had dirt on floors and cob webs in every corner. Desk area looked clean but when I used a wet rag to wipe it down the rag turned brown with dirt. Beds were super uncomfortable and the comforter was badly stained and looked unwashed. While we were there the staff completely ignored a old man who had fallen in the shower. He was banging on the wall and screaming. Another guest had to tell them to get him help. The guest that alerted staff said he could hear the man screaming and banging while he was at the front desk so there is no excuseas to why they wouldn'tgo checkon him especiallysince he was screaming "HELP ME I NEED HELP" . The staff couldn't get into the room because the man had the security bar locked and they didn't even call for help another guest had to call 911 for a rescue to come and get the door open. Over all horrible experience.

Creepy men, trash everywhere, ceiling fell and flooded the floor. Felt extremely unsafe and surveillanced by men trying to harass us.

HORRENDOUS!

NOTHING- we did not get robbed and the tv worked.

EVERYTHING, let me count the ways! The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, room door stuck and showed signs of damage to the door, no toilet paper or face cloths in the bathroom, the room smelled musty with the air conditioning running full force, sheets had a burn hole and a blood stain, nightstand had a stain- hopefully not blood, cable connection was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. The cost was not worth the value. The desk clerk had several of her children playing in the hotel and parking lot. Hotel side door was propped open, a security risk. You should remove this hotel from your list. Local merchant said they thought only homeless people were housed in the Motel 6.

The location is very good, and the beds are average

The hotel gives the impression of being dirty, maybe it wasn't but it looks dirty. The bathrooms are austere and not very clean, especially the shower. The entrances to the hotel also look dirty.

Overall ok

I paid for a room with a microwave & refrigerator, and did not have either. Floor was slipper with sneakers on, especially the bathroom. Bed was well made and cleanliness ok. When I walked into the building I went through a cloud of smoke as people who I don't believe were staying at the motel were outside smoking and talking including the receptionist.

People smoking at the entrance who did not stay at the motel. I did not have a microwave or refrigerator that I paid for in the room.

Pleasant

The lady on reception when we arrived and the next afternoon was amazing. She was exceptionally helpful under some very trying circumstances and did everything she could to make the situation better. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she deserves a raise. Room 110 26th and 27th May will hopefully identify the lady.

I found the price of the accommodation did not meet the standard however appreciate it was a holiday weekend

Pulled up to doorway of room and homeless man was eating next to trash can by doorway. Cigarette smell permeated room and bedding although asked for non-smoking when booked. Room was freshly painted but paint drips on baseboards and floor, floors not carpeted. Room next to exterior door which slammed shut anytime it was used; started at 5am. It seemed like motel was in the middle of being renovated and used before renovation completed. Based on the volume people were talking in the hallways and rooms (could hear through walls) it appeared that many of the visitors lived at the motel and were not respectful of visitors.

Exceptional

I like that the bed was a queen sized bed. The linens were clean over all the room was very well cleaned. Towels were fresh and enough for two adults.

I honestly can not say that disliked anything at all. There was a shopping center next door that everything I needed. Staff was good to me.

Not the best place to be staying

Housekeeper was very nice and helpful.

Room was dilapidated, in disrepair and smelled disgusting. Lots of cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire motel.

Maintenance

Cheap, close to where we needed to be,

Needs a full-time maintenance guy, toilet doesn't flush, sink faucet loose , shower barely sprayed, TV didn't work till I hooked up cable. Phone non functional, , hallway was filthy , homeless person in stairs, food on window ledge in stairwell, then trash in morning,
