Alt for dyrt for blot en overnatning, meget forvirret personale, og værelset var ikke klar ved check in.

Enjoyed our tent - was a great experience and the added facilities are great for families.
For me, the parking is too close to the tents. Car lights lit up our tent well into the night.
4.3
The nature, the location, the experience
Extremely expensive - not worth *that much
Staff had to be reminded 6x to bring wood

Very convenient to Yellowstone’s West Entrance, they provide everything you need for a night under the stars.

Location was great and secluded. The staff was great, the whole experience was even better than what we expected.

Everything was really nice, well presented and very clean. The staff we're amazing and helpful all the time.
Showers ran hot and cold - continuing to oscillate back and forth. Hot water for tea/hot chocolate was constantly either empty or needed to heat up. But these are both minor niggles, in an otherwise perfect place :)
4.3
The tent was really nice and the staff is incredibly.
The really bad thing is the heating system you have to put wool every two hours. The have to changed that because the night I stay was too cool and the tent always feel like a freezer
4.3
well organised, lots of equipment available (games, balls, etc), live music every night
super safe,
nice clean tents
we underestimated how cold it gets at night and that the only way of heating is the wood fire… took us 3 nights to get used to it
4.3
staff were nice and friendly
there were bugs and spider in room and bathroom was not very close to use, especially at midnight

staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for our stay…beautiful sunset, great night time music and a perfect outdoor stargazing experience!

loved how quiet it was , perfect place to stay and the cool nights made it better.
nothing at all!

The location away from the town was beautiful. The dinner at the hotel was FANTASTIC. The people were lovely!!!! A great time!!!
It was our first glamping experience and we arrived and checked in just a thunderstorm rolled in. We zipped up our tent and it POURED cats and dogs! Weather didn't look good next day either so we upgraded to your hotel, Bar N Ranch, which was great!
4.3
the views and selection of things to do
the mosquitoes

We loved the location. Absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the fact that our tent faced a field so that we felt a certain amount of privacy sitting out on the porch with a beautiful view. The tent was quite roomy for two people. And you can enjoy wine on the porch. The staff was very friendly and informative. A young man helped bring our bags to the tent via golf cart as you must park a distance away and walk a dirt path to your tent. There was complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and water bottles, there were s'mores. So appreciated. There was a bar in a central area with a fire pit where you can purchase drinks. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and it was very good.
This was an adventure and we really enjoyed our time here.
We requested extra blankets. For us Florida people they were thin and did not keep us warm when the temperature dropped to the 30s in June, in the early morning, even though there was a down comforter on the bed. We were able to start a fire after we returned to the tent after dinner. It was quite cold but the tent warmed up quickly and we were able to shower fairly comfortably. My husband added more wood to the fire at midnight and it kept us pretty warm during the night. When we got up we did not have anymore starter for the fire and we could see our breath in the tent! Don't forget that you may have to start the fire several (4) times during the night. Take extra fire starter cubes to the tent with you. Fire starters are provided for you in the registration tent.
Staying at Under Canvas was pricey but, we were paying for the experience and it was our choice.
*Be sure to keep the screen closed and zipped as there are bees and they like to visit the tent. There is a field full of beautiful wild flowers so they are plentiful.

The concept of enjoy the outdoors with confort, the really hot water in the shower, it’s a quiet and beautiful place, the common area, the cosy reception and the very friendly staff.
With bad weather, cold and wind is not enjoyable.
4.3
The staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly.
Unfortunately we were there during a bad weather situation which could not be helped by the staff or the property. Just an unfortunate circumstance.
4.3
Heat was very poor, hard to maintain and not enough kindling wood.
Daily price was not a good value for what you get (cold room that you can't heat up, long walks from room to parking, etc).
Excessive pricing for a room with a toilet & shower ($500/night.... really?)
I was told on the phone that we were getting a room with a toilet and shower and found the fine print on the reservation that was a lie.
I will never be back and will never recommend it to anybody.
The only asset you have at your property is your employees
Dinner Place on site was great but overpriced

Very great and friendly staff. Any problems and they were on it immediately. Love the view. Lots of things for the whole family to enjoy or to just relax.
The bed linens were dirty but upon requesting a new set they delivered promptly and even asked if they could assist in putting them on.

beautiful place very cool concept
rooms could use propane gas heaters

clean
cold at night, even with the fire inside the tent. No blanket. The lobby doesn't even have microwave.

The staff was very accomodating
Our toilet was broke day one so we could not use, we had to walk to the bathrooms. We had to move on day 2 because the toilet could not be repaired. The staff tried to fix it and spent a good amount of time in our tent, multiple staff in and out if our tent. We were asked if they could spend 4 hours out of the tent to fix. Day 2 the weather changed. Not your fault so we opted to leave. We were reimbursed for day 2 but day 1 was the worst due to the bathroom issue. I originally secured a safari but upgraded to deluxe due to an antibiotic and stomach issue. I still had to leave my tent. Not pleasant for me. I feel I should not been charged full price for day 1 either. I was told a 20% discount but have not seen anything credited. I feel a 50% would be more fair due to all the issues

Very nice experience. I used to tent camp, but at 74 I'm over that. We will definitely do this again.
Rain

beautiful location, soft warm bed.
heat stove needed to be stoked every two hours. 30 degrees if you let the fire go out
