Moldy and smelly

The attendants were polite.

The entire building smelled like weed, everything was under construction so you couldn't touch any walls or the desk. There is no elevator so my mom couldn't stay there. There was mold in her bathroom and in our shower head. We stayed one night and moved the next morning.

Disappointing

I just needed a place to sleep that was close to Fort Eustis.

It needed vacuumed and perhaps pick up all the cigarette butts and dog poop outside. It obviously needed updated but you get what you pay for. I would stay there again if I needed to go to Fort Eustis.

NOTHING! Absolutely disgusting, don’t do it

Smelled like an ashtray, stained walls, bathroom was the size of a porta potty and was clean as one also. cockroach ran up the wall and just looked at me wondering why i was there.

Not the best, but functional

It is close to the freeway. Front desk is 24 hours which was nice considering we arrived around midnight. The staff was kind and helpful. The AC worked great.

The rooms aren't the best, but functional. The smoke detector was covered with a bag and the vent in the bathroom didn't work.

the price

it was dirty there was bugs everywhere. I wish I didn’t have to stay there but I had already paid for it and couldn’t get a refund. the ice maker didn’t work. The beds smelled awful. I had to go to Walmart and get spray to try and help with the smell. my room didn’t have a shower curtain. I had to go ask for one. next time I will definitely be checking out the reviews better before picking my hotel

It said Continental breakfast and a pool there was no breakfast at all the pool was broken down plus out if the 3 nights the police was there and the ambulance was there lots of screaming and fighting bugs in the rooms The one girl working was outside and using causing and carrying on

Location and staff were good...

The roaches, the old food under and around microwave. The carpet in room was sticky. The TV was a 1980 box. Mind you the first room we were put in had a nice flat screen then when moved back in time. No working phone in room. The information on the website nor the pictures are true. Beware...

Staff was super kind, double beds were surprisingly super comfortable. Easily accommodated our reservation for an extended stay.

No free breakfast, booking had that advertised. Lots of amenities under repair. The room we moved to when we extended our stay was more expensive but not as nice.

The one functioning lock, kept the guy from breaking in.

DON’T COME HERE.

Flirty carpets damp, dirty, ripped and probably never once washed. The hall way, and the rooms smelled bad. Beds and sheets were old and smelled like cigarettes smoke. Never seen dirty property like this before. Billing issue and reservation issue that caused confusion on their end. Different people called saying “the rooms were paid for” and I needed to pay. Sent a proof of payment to the manager after back and forth calls. No one call back or follow up to apologize for their errors. Besides the billing and reservation issue, I wonder how in the world this property even pass inspections.

The people working the desk were the only pleasant part.

For starters the room was filthy. I asked for a non-smoking room and we walked into a room with an ashtray and it still had ashes in it… It was cold so I went to turn the heat on, when I did it smelt like dog pee coming out. The smell in the room before that was atrocious already. There was a couch in the room that had stains on it’s so dark and huge and bad that it look like someone had been killed in it… I told my daughter not to sit on it. Car alarms going off not once but twice throughout the night as well as residents that were living there hanging out outside talking loudly all night. You can hear right through the walls one side had their TV blaring all night the other side had a woman that would not stop talking. I had to use a noise machine so me and my daughter could sleep.
