Did not deserve the 8/10 rating given on booking.com

One male staff member was nice

Took almost 45 minutes to check in due to housekeeping not showing up. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the room myself after checking in because they rushed cleaning the rooms. The covers were stained up and there were urine spots as well. I was told i could not have more washcloths and towels. The only time i was given more was when i took a washcloth and hand towel that was stuck together by some orange stain stuff to the front desk to show them how disgusting that was. I eventually ended up having to go buy my own washcloths. I used the microwave for 20 seconds and it started smoking and we were coughing all night. The WiFi did not work at all. They charged 2 extra fees when we arrived even though i paid in advance.I have stayed at multiple Country Inn and Suites and have never experienced this. I will never choose them again.

High price with no hangers, garment bags or extra towels.

Breakfast was mediocre and could have been better with more variety and higher quality food.

I wish you would have bacon and danish as well as bananas.

Comfortable and very reasonably priced 9 outta 10

Coffee was good and the location was convenient to my event

Water dripped from the faucet in bathtub and a large stain on carpet which I cleaned up because it was sticky from a drink spill or food

Overall I would stay there again!

Location, comfortable bed, quiet room, nice size room, hot shower water, clean looking, front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. They get 5 stars!

There was a big dead roach in my bathroom the morning I left and I'm afraid of them. The fact that it was dead shows they try to exterminate.

I paid way too much for a horrible experience.

Room smelled like mold. When I checked in a customer came out and told the person behind the counter that the toilet didn't work, and the shower didn't drain. So, he changed their room. Just to find out that he gave me that same room. So, I spent my mornings showing in a dirty pound, and when I use the bathroom, it wouldn't flush. To top it off, the card to let me in my room never worked. I had to keep going down to the counter so they can reset they card.

The front desk attendant was friendly.

The room attendant was rude. The make over was very underwhelming (not even a hanger for clothes). The room was very dirty carpet all stained and smudge of yuk even on the sides of the furniture.

NIce location but needs to be closed, cleaned and updated!!!!

The area was crowded each time I went down. It was too small of a space.

The flooring was very dirty and dingy coming in, in the elevators, and hallways. There was not enough front desk help on this particular evening. We were charged more than what the online Booking.com stated. Very disappointed!!!!

I liked they are in the process of making MUCH needed improvements and that’s about it. They should also let the public know they are renovating so they can make the choice if they was want to stay there. They still have A LOT of work to do!

I didn’t like that the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, mold or dirt embedded in the floor around my pool. There was bugs in the bathroom, picture included below. Wi-fi was offered ‘free’….I had three young kids with me and was told they have a bad router and it doesn’t reach all the rooms and refused to put us in a different room. A fire alarm was going off the ENTIRE time we were there!! When I mentioned it to the front desk…there was no concern….like it happens all of the time! What if there is a real fire is the major concern?! I didn’t like I paid $250 for false advertising. The picture frames were broken in the rooms BEFORE I got there and they had the nerve to keep my $50 incidental hold. When I called to ask for a manager, I was told she wasn’t available…..then at the end of the conversation she (Misha J) tells me she is the manager. I don’t like being lied to either. She is making me call my bank with a release code to get my $50 back!! At this point, I’m going for all of it back. Do yourself a favor and if you come across this hotel….you are better off sleeping in your car

Only thing we did there was sleep

The breakfast was a mess everything ran out quick and it was hard to get anything.

I realize weed is legal but the whole 3rd floor reeked of it. You couldn’t get away from it. They had people drinking alcohol and liquor on the patio out front and sitting in the breakfast area doing the same thing. Not to mention the porch furniture out front wasinvery poorcondition

Nothing at all

Where to start? Have no idea how this hotel is still functioning with so much dirty carpets, unhygienic rooms and bad customer service. Not staying at any Radisson hotels anymore. If I have to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I would pick 0. This is so nasty hotel

The staff on the weekend was short, the bathroom on the room wasn't in the best conditions.

It was everything we expected and plan to visit again.

I never got up in time for breakfast. The location is central to everything. Be sure to visit the USS Wisconsin battleship, it's a great value.

The tub was slippery.
