Room was decent. I don’t have anymore to say.
Coffee machine in room was missing a part which was very annoying.

Location
Layout of the rooms.Since there is an open hallway, we can hear every outside noise.

Price
Terrible water pressure, didn’t clean our room even when we asked at check it and multiple times next day , ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex and front desk couldn’t provide it

The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly
A little out dated from the pictures online.

Bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. Water in the lobby was an added bonus since it was 100+ degrees. Facilities seemed clean for the most part!
Our room smelled VERY weird - mix of dirt/cat pee? There was an actual pile of what looked like dirt on the side of the bed (like a plant had been knocked over and no one cleaned it). Also the cover on the box spring was coming off and the stains were noticeable on that.

The rooms were not too clean, doors didn’t close right.

so gross upon arrival we just ate the cost of the non-refundable situation and left! Homeless living in the parking lot, the lobby’s automated glass doors were broken and more. Not acceptable for a young family.
Enough to make my husband and I decide it was not for us and eat the lost money.

Room was quiet and comfortable.
Water pressure was way too low in bathroom sink. Bathroom and faucet had a leak when turned to the right. Tub had rust by drain. Common area is in dire need of repair, and parking lot needs slurry and striping.

Brandy & Coco are very helpful & friendly.
It took a minute to repair a broken toilet seat. Not cool.

Great location. We've stayed here a few times before. I want to give a shoutout to the lovely young woman who checked us in on March 13. She recommended a wonderful restaurant, and we are most appreciative. Delicious food!! We are in love with Pickles!! Dallas and Coco helped us through the room debacle with kindness and cheerfulness.
The outlets didn't work making it necessary to change rooms. The staff was very helpful here, but we left that first day with dead phones. Not so good. In general, the facility was run down. We've stayed here before and it was in better shape even 6 months ago. The mattresses sagged. The floor in the first room was sticky. There was no hot water for our shower. NONE! They were remodeling a few rooms and blocked our way. I use a walker and that posed a problem for me. When I reserved the room, I called to make sure we had a two bed-accessible room. I was told we did but when we arrived, we discovered that not only did we NOT have an accessible room, but that there were NO double handicap rooms. The parking was awful with not enough spaces near our room. While the front desk was friendly and most helpful, that's not enough to overcome the shortcomings during our stay.

The staff we so friendly and obliging. Breakfast was a continual type and very good.
The rooms were not made up unless requested for the following morning. The morning that was requested for room service it was not done . Request reception to follow up and when the room staff did arrive in the afternoon they did the bare minimum.

Taylor is an amazing staff member and kind and personable and helps address any issues encountered via a third party booking! This nice manager graciously refused my personal tip to him after my stay needed to be extended - great employee!
My electronic keypad didn't work all of a sudden and it seemed to be an inconvenience for the night staff to call maintenance since it was late....I however couldn't access my room.

I love this place. Its very cozy and comfortable.
Shower pressure is low and weak, you dont really feel clean because water trickles on you rather than showering you. I've stayed here a few times and the housekeeping staff rushes you out on your last day. Check out is at 11:00am. However to them, its 10:00am, then 10:30am. You would assume that they would just be ok with it, however, you get snarky tones and bad looks from them each time. I don't like that. I paid for the time allotted. Stop rushing people out the door. It's not a good feeling and impacts the desire the return again. This has happened on two different stays.

They could use better selections for bfast
Some staff was not knowledgeable or dressed properly for customers. A shout out to Dalit, dallas they were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms need updating for the price. I think the selection of people hanging out in the area is a little sketchy. It's ok for a night

I had a bad initial experience with Ms. Dallas, night receptionist. Worst employee I have ever had contact with in my life. She was extremely rude, poorly prepared and unprofessional.
luckily the next day Mr. Lalo, the manager, quickly and extremely kindly resolved the situation.
Thank you very much.
