Poor room but great location

I loved the location being close to the Domain which has great shopping, eating, and a night out!

The hotel was muggy, our AC wasn't getting our room cold enough, the TV was broken, the cleanliness was sad

Estaba bien ubicado

Está muy deteriorado. Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Paredes rotas, huecos en el ascensor, gavetas que no abrían. De verdad que mi experiencia fue cero agradable con respecto a lo que pague

I liked the warmth & kindness of the staff, the facility was clean, my room was cozy, right down to the shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The eggs! I was excited about the complimentary breakfast until I tasted the eggs both mornings and was disappointed. I'm not sure what was used in them but, the taste was offff. Some outlets in the room by the desk weren't working.

Simply AMAZING!

EVERYTHING!! Even the water pressure in the shower is amazing.

There wasn't really anything we didn't enjoy about our stay. We have finally found our Austin hotel.

Great location and nice room

It is very well located. Just around the corner of the domain. And about 15 min highway drive to downtown. The breakfast is simple but good and the staff was nice.

The room smelled to cigarette, even though it was clean. To me it is a bit overpriced for the overall hotel.

Great as usual

It was for my daughter and her family...including a husband and 2 small children. The only "crisis" was a waffle maker that wouldn't work one of the mornings. That was fixed by a visit to The Pancake House. Everything was fine.

Understaffed. Won’t stay there again.

The location was good. There was a Whole Foods right across the street and you can walk to restaurants and shopping. They were understaffed, but the staff that was there were very kind and tried their best.

The room was not made up before we got there and while we were there. The sheets were gross and I had to change the sheets myself.

It’s ok I’ve stayed at better hotels

The breakfast was very unappealing and unappetizing..no hot milk for kids ..

Ni hearing and Austin was chilly super chilly for the last two days I kept shivering in my room and staff were of no help ..last trip u left my AirPods in the hotel u could see them in my cell and when I told them to please parcel them to me they lied there are no AirPods .. They steal stuff from ur room

For the price that l spent for the night l can honestly say that l will Never return to that place!

The location was good. The breakfast wasn’t good there was no meat and very few selections. The staff was friendly and accommodating. But l had to go downstairs for every request.

Building was very dirty. Dogs pissed in the elevator I had to finally tell staff to clean it up. My room had dirty pillowcases there was still makeup on them from previous nights. The tub was dirty and there was still hair in there.

Disappointing

It was convenient to where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable.

Black mold around outlet, AC loud and ineffective, maid had left a rag in the bathroom, pillows ad feathers sticking out. No place to sit down outside to smoke - got bit by fire ants sitting on the ground.

I liked that it was close to where the venue we were going to.

I didn't like the inconvenience I initially went through at checking. When I checked in and gave my name my reservation could not be found. Turns out my room was given to another person with my same last name. The front desk person didn't bother asking that other person their first name, they just went based off of last name. So before we found out the mishap they said I needed to call booking and ask what happened to my room, when in reality it was their fault. After their error they gave me room, but before I could even get my bag to go there they then said that room was also occupied. The manager went to check and turned out it was good. That whole ordeal caused a small panic attack that could have been avoided if the first person would've asked for first names. Just a round of apologies were given and nothing else. An extra hour at check out would've been appreciated for their error. We get to our room and as we go outside to check the pool area notice that the doorknob leading back into the room is broken! The hotel needs some renovations.

Location is great.

Looks like they are needing some renovations. Some areas are a little rundown. We had to change rooms because of the black mold coming from the ac unit. The staff was quick to help. The new room made all the difference in the world! The breakfast was decent. Waffle machines were down.

The hotel was clean, comfy and good value for money.

The breakfast was the worst part, very basic with only eggs and sausage every day and didn't even have sauces. It could be vastly improved by a selection of fresh fruit, some proper condiments, adding some additional items to the breakfast and not using paper/plastic cutlery and crockery.
