some of the food for breakfast was not as good as it could have been.

Location, attention, warm environment. Comfortable room. Breakfast. We went to a music festival and we had a very good experience here. They have parking, always a plus.
It was an awkard layout of this specific room… lots of open space, bed in front of the rays of sun in the window… but not bad only different. Maybe I got the handicapped room…

The breakfast was great! We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room.

Nothing.
Only one chair in the room. The hall carpets were worn and dirty. The window were filthy. The room was dark and the lighting was horrible. There was no way to increase lighting in the room or the bathroom to see well enough to apply makeup. Parking was $40.00 per night. I have stayed regularly in Hampton Inns. By far this was the worst I have ever seen. We will never go back. It was so bad that after our function that ended at 10:30 PM, we left and drove two hours to get home just to avoid this hotel. Horrible experience. Oh, I forgot, the overhead fan was noisy. Every time it went around it clicked like a lock in the door. The AC was noisy as well. The view out of the window was marred by the dirtiest windows I have ever seen in a hotel. Horrible.

Affordable hotel in a very good location. I had a pleasant breakfast (included), the staff was nice and the room was big and comfortable.
Expensive parking, but easy access and good availability.

Location is very close for Moody Center. You can park your car in the garage, leave it and walk to the venue. Also very close to the capital and University of Texas. A few eateries also in walking distance.
The water wasn't as hot as I like in the morning. I don't like I have to pay extra for parking in the garage. I'm staying in your hotel, so why should I have to pay an extra 40.00 to park in your garage?? It's a hotel, I didn't walk here.

The free breakfast was delicious!! The staff were exceptionally sweet and helpful with everything. We absolutely loved our stay. Would for sure make another reservation when we are back in town.
The price of parking for just one day.

Love the location. Waking distance to the Moody Center ( 10-15 minutes) and a couple blocks from Canes and Chic fil A . Love having to use the room card to access the elevators. Breakfast was great. They had BACON !!!! 🥓 😋
Nothing. It was a great stay. Definitely will stay here again.

We were actually in Austin for a surgical procedure so we didn’t get to enjoy your breakfast, but it looked lovely.
Due to the nature of our stay at your hotel, we did not get to partake in the amenities. Under normal circumstances I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

The room was a great size, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The air conditioning was so loud it was difficult to fall asleep

The suite was amazing. Great view, spacious and luxurious. Paid extra for accomodation, but it was worth it! Walking distance of all attractions I was interested in seeing. Nice breakfast choices.
.Inadequate seating for breakfast. There were a lot of people at the time we ate and it was a weekend, so there were extenuating circumstances, but at the price point we paid, could have been better.

The location is good
The swimming pool has lots of insect bodies both floating and sinking at the bottom, very scary. The room air conditioning is very noisy, not even able to keep the steady temp, you will feel hot or cold.

Everything you'd expect from Hampton: Everything is clean, breakfast is usual but good, staff is friendly, etc. I didn't have a chance to check the pool
I feel it was a bit overpriced
