Golf trip

Loved the nature theme. Location for why we stayed there was good. My son was I'm a 2 day golf tournament, and it was close to where he played. I loved the staff! The place was clean. We had plenty of room! And the beds were so comfortable!! Again, they had a great staff.

It's very run down. It needs some work to repair and update. First with their plumbing system. We had to change rooms twice because of leaking toliets and an air conditioner. But the staff took care of it within mins and moved us to an upgraded room each time at no extra charge. They were wonderful!

Quiet stay.

Hotel had a weird musty odor in it throughout. Housekeeping knocked too early and there was no “do not disturb “ signs to put on door. I thought the suite should have had a tv in the living room area not just a small tv in the bedroom area. The breakfast was lacking no butter or cream cheese for the bagels. No juice offered just milk and coffee.

the staff was nice but a little disappointed in the facilities.

the location was exactly what we were looking for.

the lodge was older and had a bad smell. the room above us had a shower leak into our bathroom ceiling.

close to the wedding venue

did not have maid service. toilet did not flush properly. staff was not friendly. No instructions on how to operate tv. phone to lobby did not work

AWESOME!

Our kiddos loved the pool and fishing. I was a bit disappointed the hot tub was out of order but all in all we had an awesome time. Its all about the children and they had a blast. never said they were bored, not even once!

hot tub out of order and the breakfast was not really good but the staff was awesome!

The stay was comfortable but not worth what we paid for the room.

the location was ok. I thought we would have a better view of the lake. The pool and hot tub were clean. The front desk was friendly.

The air conditioner in the room sounded like a washing machine on spin cycle. The elevator was HOT! The hotel as a whole was not very clean and smelled as though it had just been sprayed with bug spray.

This was my worst hotel experience ever!!

the hotel was very dirty. There was mold and roaches in the room. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here. Fair warning this hotel is NASTY and it’s a shame that the owner we take folks money knowing the conditions of the building.
