This place is gross, won’t go back. Far more expensive than it should have been.

The clerk at the desk was extremely nice.

Mold in bathroom, stains on bedding, and thin walls. Plus, a brown spider jumped out of my bag when I got home, I’m not an arachnologist but it looked like a Brown recluse; I didn’t bring it with me.

Didn’t even stay. Just got charged for the room anyways!

Charged me for a room I canceled several days before my original stay and refused to give me my money. I had to call back several times to speak to their staff to cancel my reservation even after I canceled it online. Poor customer service. Refused to refund me. Not even a partial refund. Not even a late fee, charged me for the cost of the room. No thank you. Won’t be back.

Friendly desk clerk at check-in. Appreciated the breakfast.

Noisey guests upstairs for about an hour around 11PM. Walls seemed rather thin.

Very accommodating. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

Could use renovations. Room was musty. Bed could be better.

three major complaints. 1) I couldn’t understand the desk person due to her terrible language accent. 2) we couldn’t keep the air fan moving all night. It kept going off even in the on position - independent of temperature. 3) there were no drapes for the windows so anyone could look in to our windows all night.

The breakfast was less than expected. The room was dusty. Something on the door that I washed off. Carpet was damaged and i had my dog there and thought they were going to get blamed. It smelled like smoke and just not a fresh smell. Th shower head was on strong. The walls had something on the in the bathroom and around the room. There was something on the vents of the air conditioner. Chair was broken. I have pictures.

If you just need a comfortable place for a quick stay this is a good place at a good price.

It was a nice clean place.

It did not have an elevator and I had a room on the second floor. I asked for something on the first floor when I checked in but was told that everything on the first floor was booked.

Coke water and manger rude

close to the venue we needed to be at and close to restaurants but that’s it

they didn’t have hot water at all and the manger was rude about it and told me the other hotel had coke water also when we had families staying there and they confirmed they had hot water. he said they always had cold water when it was cold outside he said had something to do with the hot water heater

Very super clean even the rooms were also nice and if you ever stay with a big family definitely get the three bedroom we loved it.

The staff was nice but the room was not up to par.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice for such a small hotel.

The curtains didnt close so anyone outside could see in our window. There was mold growing on both the heating unit and in the bathroom next to the shower.
