Dated, overpriced hotel

Spacious, clean room Good laundry, although they were advertising promotions if you used an app, and those promotions were not available Breakfast was good

The hotel is quite dated. The TV did not work and, when I complined at reception, thsy said there was nothing that could be done. The keys to access the room did not work well. This the hotel we paid the most for on our holiday and the worst of all.

Front desk girl was bomb - the rest was basic

The front desk girl, short hair with glasses was the only good thing that stood out.

This is a very old facility that needs a ton of work

I stayed with my 2 granddaughters after a beach day. A special treat for all of us before going home (only an hour away!

The signage was terrible. Had to drive around the entrie building to find the front desk. Strange layout, but a sign would make the difference.

It was pretty good with the exception of what I just complained about. Manager is very nice.

Good size pool, breakfast was good, room was spacious

Didn’t like the fact that our room wasn’t looked at the second day. Trash wasn’t taken and clean towels weren’t given, toilet paper ran out.

Check in person was very nice and helpful eventhoughnshe was busy.

Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to ask for towels, shampoo, soap etc. Toilet paper was low and no facial tissues. Fornt desk supervisor was not helpful at all.

The location, the price and an indoor pool. Stayed 1 night with kids. We told kids, we could go swimming in the morning before we leave. But the indoor pool was not accessible in the morning because the " 1 " key to unlock the door to the pool, was at home with the manager or an employee (?)

No access to the pool. Door was locked. We were told the person with the key took it home. THERE WAS ONLY ONE KEY???? Someone should make a copy of that key and leave it behind the front desk!! -- there was a lot of unhappy kids -

good value, easy access, clean, comfortable, pleasant staff

Extremely convenient on/off I-95. clean, decent hot breakfast included: make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, various breads, yogurt, HB eggs.

just a tad complicated getting to the room from lobby. not terrible, and once you know, you know. All worked out. Directions for parking were clear.

Disappointing

The staff at the front desk was very rude. I had a special request about my check in time. I even said I would pay for the night before my arrival to make sure I could get in the room before 1:00. I will never stay there again and make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

It was an ok hotel but when we got back later at night a door was left unlocked to the building with a rock you should have people checking doors some times

We we got back to room I went to put tv on and didn’t work when checking out we told front desk but I think something more should of been done like a discount
