Clean, comfy and a nice place to sleep off jet lag. Our transport from the airport was arranged by hotel staff, even quite late at night! Great breakfast and overall a great stay.

Price is Way out of bounds for the facility. I wonder what these prices are when it's Not football season at the U of M. Shower pressure was pathetic.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a nice area outside to sit and enjoy the river view by the gas fire pit.
The railroad tracks nearby and the train blowing their horns was annoying.
The bed was firm.

Outdoor seating and fire pit area.
Price was high.

Very clean and close to downtown.
Very dull in terms of lighting. Makes it look cheap.

My husband & I stayed here for 5 nights, so I had the opportunity to talk with numerous staff members. Every single one of them was very professional & personable. Definitely a plus.
Wash the windows!

Very clean location, in a close proximity to downtown. Comfortable bed. Good variety breakfast.
Couldn’t sleep due to trains passing by the town, not very good soundproofing, we were on the main floor and listened to the travelers upstairs walking around all night. Our room was also across the breakfast area, so it got even noisier early in the morning. The price was too high, but I believe it’s everywhere in Missoula during the summer.

Staff was wonderful.
Missoula is a bit pricy for hotel rooms!

Nothing about this stay lived up to the price I paid.

it is a simple hotel. Don’t expect luxuries. But considering the category, it’s a good hotel. Clean, quiet, nice views (depending on the room, of course).
A bit far from downtown. The price, considering the category, a bit high.

Location was beautiful, right on the river. It was very quiet and clean.
We didn't like having to drive into town. Wish the hotel's location was within walking distance.

location was great for getting around Billings
Ground floor room with no nets so had to keep blinds closed all the time.

Excellent presentation, plenty of food and beverage choices. One of the best moderately priced hotel breakfast’s I have had.

Staff were extremely polite and courteous

Due to travel schedule, unable to utilize kitchen facilities for more than coffee and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good people.
The coffee left much to be desired. It was the one disappointment with our stay.

location
I was charged a smoking $500
fee, and we didn’t smoke!!! we won’t be staying here again.

The staff were very accommodating, they tried their best to get me a room with mountain and river view, even when I checked in around 2PM instead of 4PM.
The toiletries provided could be better, the ironing board needs to have better covers. One major problem is that the hotel is next to a cargo train stop. And the train horn will wake you up multiple times in the middle of the night

The location, the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities were all great.
Nothing.

The staff had had to contend with college kids moving in due to ruptured water pipes in the dorms nearby , not clearing out on time, rooms in very bad shape...but they hung in there and got everybody taken care of

Breakfast was okay,location was good
No elevator working
4.0
The breakfast was very good with many varieties to choose from. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very nice.
We did not like the fact that the elevator was not working. The train was a real bummer but you can not do anything about that. If you a light sleeper you may want to keep that in mind.

Play next to the river and quiet
A bit far from the main downtown, but that’s why it was quiet and we liked it that way
