Clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the throw at the foot of the bed was nice and warm. We didn’t need to turn on the heat. I was happy to see a full size refrigerator, sink, and a 2 burner stove along with a microwave, even though we only used the refrigerator.
I didn’t like not having a free breakfast, but you could pay $8. Bucks for a frozen breakfast sandwich. No hot tub or pool, but the price we paid was a little high for not having these things.

The courteous staff and how wonderful they were to myself, husband and dogs.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. It was nice to take a relaxing bath.
The bed was supposedly a queen, but it looked like a double bed and was very crowded and not very comfortable. That was unfortunate because everything else was fine. Refrigerator was noisy too.

Great location and facilities
Internet was rather slow

the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
I was there for 7 days and the sheets and towels were never changed.

We were accommodated for a second night when my wife was not well.
The price- this was the most expensive hotel in our 2 week visit to USA.
Should include breakfast.
Also, the kitchen should be stocked with utensils, most of us don’t travel with cookware and dishes.

big room
serious cooking odors (fish). no ice machine, no free breakfast.

Room looked clean but the blanket had a wet spot on it.
They charged me 3 times for the same charge 1500 dollars for 2 nights and I could not get it resolved on a weekend.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. A perfect place if you needed to spend a few days with it's coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove top and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
There were boxes everywhere no room to walk around. there was garbage piled in the hall by the elevator all afternoon and night and the next morning. In our room the tub was poorly cleaned and the nightstand fell off the wall and sliced my husband's heel open badly thank goodness there wasn't a child in there when that happened they would of been seriously hurt

It was close to the highway
The hotel refuses to accept cash, even with a valid ID.

The room was comfortable and the staff very nice.
The walls were very thin and there were noisy guests all around us.

The staff was very accommodating as we needed to check in a couple hours early. They also upgraded our room at no cost and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was so
comfortable and was nice to have a kitchenware in the room.
There was a kitchenette in the room but there were no kitchen supplies whatsoever. None. If someone is traveling how and why would they have plates, pans and other kitchenware.

under construction, no breakfast in spite of advertising.
4.5
