Nothing.

Location, price, excellent included breakfast, best we had in 12 day trip. The arrangement with the Hoagieville restaurant next door was brilliant! Their staff was to be commended for quality of food and kind service
Parking at times challenging as it’s next to McDonalds drive through line, you can get blocked in during busy times. Room appeared clean but when socks and shoes removed for bed the floor was “Sandy” and the same sand was on the seat of the rolling chair???

Not good!!
Everything!!

location!!
room smelled like a wet dog and the AC didn’t get as cool as we liked until morning- it did work but just not that well so it was a warm uncomfortable sleep.

The location was easily accessed off the interstate. The room was very clean.
The air conditioner did not work, which made for a very uncomfortable night. As well, the toilet only flushed properly intermittently, which is even more uncomfortable.

Staff were courteous and friendly
Air conditioner didn't work. Room was not clean, floor was filthy (after showering I walked around the room for a few minutes and my feet were black from the dirt), A chair was in the room was so dirty I wouldn't sit in it.

Room didn't smell like pets
Being lied to about cost of room , having to move rooms. And not being compensated for air conditioner being broke . No one returning my call regarding my account being stolen from

Kris at the front counter was great. He deserves better.
The room was disgusting. Literally had stained carpets, bugs, drywall patching and missing fixtures in the ceiling. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The days inn in Helena wasn't much better.

Everything was alright, just a little bit short of truly tolerable.
Booking.com flat lied.
2.5 / 5.0
Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
They were the worst beds. I hurt all day after staying there. My sleep is the most important thing at any motel I stay at next to cleanliness. I would never recommend this one. Very disappointing compared to other days inns that I've stayed in.

Very clean, comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful. Within walking distance to Higgens which is the main strip with lots of shops and restaurants.

bad location, sheets were stained. I will not stay there again.

The motel is undergoing renovation. So there things that needed to be addressed because our room was not yet renovated.
However, the manager did all he could do to make the stay more than pleasant and explained what they were doing and apologized for some of our inconvenience.
He went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. And we would certainly stay here again and are looking forward to seeing the property in its remodeled state.
The location is next to the railroad and there was lots of rail traffic with horns blowing. This of course cannot be changed but the noise is annoying.

bed linens were nice. location near the university was good.
staff was unprofessional

coffee was terrible
breakfast was not worth eating

close to campus, clean & warm room
trains are noisy even if you are on the far end. lots of maintenance going on, no hot tub in service. breakfast was a microwave sandwich. half the hotel seems to be rentals & smells like pot.
McDonald’s drive thru is noisy.

people were nice
toilet kept trying to overflow and shower temperature was scalding or lukewarm and tub didn’t drain
1.5 / 5.0
It was close to the university, which is why we were there.
There is a McDonalds next door and if the drive-thru is busy you can't get to the motels entrance. There's very little parking. There were no light bulbs in our room. The toilet was running non-stop. Told the desk. They never came to fix it. I fixed it myself. There was a light bulb in the toilet tank. The doors were missing molding. There was what appeared to be a dirty homeless guy roaming around the halls. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken. They replaced it with one of the single cup makers from the rooms.
