The location and the room was comfortable
It was the same breakfast everyday, maybe some bagels or doughnuts
3.3
It was close to the Moda Center. Comfy beds. Morning staff were friendly.
Evening staff spoke way too fast and I had to ask her to repeat instructions. Phone in room didn’t work. Bathroom locked us out, I had to call from my cell, it seems to be a known issue (just use a coin in the lock to turn it). Breakfast was all carbs, our room was right on the sidewalk and street side. We were startled awake at 5am by sirens just outside our room. Room was not deeply clean only surface cleaned.

Location was great! Staff was friendly!
NA good stay

The lady that checked us in was AMAZING! Room was clean and the bed pretty decent.
The property itself is VERY run down. Ghetto is the word that comes to mind.
3.3
Good location. Breakfast was included.
Dirty curtains and drapes. Dirty chair and foot stool. Terrible pillows. Telephone handset was dirty. The whole place needs to be remodeled.
3.3
you can get breakfast & the beds are comfortable
nothing

My son left his iPad in the room we were staying in so I called the front office that same day to ask if the person that cleaned our room had found it.. I was told there was nothing in the room. It’s pretty obvious one of the workers kept it.
3.3
the location was great easy to get to and everything in between. finding our room was easy as well.
many things....
dirty stairs & carpeted walkways that looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, there was someone elses spit splatter on the sink mirror, the headboard was dusty, the lamps by the bed, had a nice layer of dust on them, as well as the hair dryer...there was no way it was only missed 1 time either, so housekeeping needs to fix that. I've been here 3x over the last 6 months & this was by far the worst level of cleanliness. the bathroom door, doesnt open far at all, there was body hair in the tub, the rubber mat looked as if it was just thrown ontop the towel rack in the bathroom, the absolute worst thing is the TOILET!!! the toilet is not secure to the ground at all. It wobbles from side to side when you sit on it.
overall, housekeeping needs to slow down & take their time and improve on their cleanliness.

The hotel was great the surrounding area could use some work.

Location was in close proximity to the convention center, and a great value. The parking was good.
3.3
Great location! A lot of food options around the area and nearby public transport stations. Easy commute to downtown Portland. Parking onsite. And very friendly staffs, with special mention to Peter at the reception.
A little outdated rooms but still functional, maybe not for fuzzy ones.
3.3
location to event
the pool could of been better
3.3
How close it was to event we went to
Breakfast area. To small and with families in there was no time to eat.
3.3
close to Moda Center.

Absolutely nothing!!
Staff was awful, and they decided to charge me $150 for funzies on top of the $100 I already spent on one of the most run-down hotels I've ever seen. Watch out in that parking lot elevator, scary.
Everything about this place
This is a $39.95 hotel for sure, but they charge double that plus as standard. And then, of course, if they don't like you, or they just get a wild crazy hair up their ass, they just charge you an extra $150 and say NOTHING.
CLEARLY NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY.
THAT PLACE WAS SERIOUSLY FALLING APART.
NOT SURE HOW IT'S PASSING INSPECTION.
STAFF COULD USE SOME EDUCATION ON ETIQUETTE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND HOW TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE DIFFERENT THAN THEM.

I liked that it was close to Moda center. The front desk gentleman at check in was very helpful and friendly.
Maybe new paint on the outside

close to the venue I was participating at and the parking was good. room was clean and spacey

The location was good.
The room was musty and the pool did not look clean.
3.3
good location very close to Moda center
house keeping is only available after 830 am not 24 hour. We check in and went to check the bed and found hair on both beds so they gave us bed linen and pillow case and change it ourselves.😫

The room appeared to be recently updated and was nice and clean. Shower was very nice. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs for early check-in and parking. Lots of local eateries from fast food to finer dining. Close to MODA Center, Convention Center and light rail and bus. Getting downtown was quick and easy on the light rail.
Breakfast was a little limited but adequate. Bed was a little soft for me but I like a very firm bed so I can't say this is really a negative. Outside appearance makes the hotel look unkept.

Room was surprisingly nice for how the outside looked, had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, bathroom was newer. Breakfast was satisfactory, had a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice available. Location is amazing for what we had planned to do in the city (zoo, flea market, museum).
The pool was a little run-down and the building and hallways were a little abandoned looking. The bed was way too soft, felt like our hips were hitting the box-spring, but we slept okay. The door had a substantial gap on the bottom which made the hallway noises travel into the room more, I could stick my foot under it and you could see my toes from outside.
While doing a sweep for bedbugs (no signs of those), I found a second smoke detector under the mattress, which made me suspicious of the one we had on the ceiling (we did look at the one on the ceiling and it seems to be a legit dectector), they were willing to move us to a new room but we ended up declining to avoid the hassle.
3.3
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was not clean and not cleaned even once while I was there fir 6 nights.
3.3
the bed was so comfy. stayed in the EXACT same room a week and a half prior with my sister's 😅😅 was nice to sleep on a bed and not my air mattress, didn't wake up on the floor this time!
no stayover service. I had accidentally bled thru my clothing not knowing had placed everything in the tub expecting clean/fresh linens / bed made after bring gone for surgery all day... coming back to that was not the best thing...
3.3
Peter was a very helpfull person. He gave us tips to travel and tips for visiting
3.3
Reception was very nice and helpful! The hotel was within walking distance of where we needed to be which was great!
Almost ran out of toilet paper, and the vending machines were a bit difficult to use, such as not taking card or being out of stock of the kind of drinks we wanted.

The room was amazing the air conditioner filters were clean and it worked well. It has breakfast available and an indoor pool.
Asked the late night front desk staff on Saturday if we could pay for a later check out time and she stated no the latest check out was at noon. However someone else got to pay money to stay until 2pm. I sliced my finger opened on the first day try to change the shower head to a different setting.
