I didn't like anything. This place is disgusting, filthy, and require inspection from health department. Walls, floors, furniture, bed, toilet, was covered with blood and urine stains.
This is the worst hotel/motel that i have ever seen. Besides stinky smell of mold and cigarettes, the room was dirty and filthy with stains everywhere in the room, like someone peed on the walls, furniture, window, bed with blood stains on the arm chair. There where cigarette burns on beddings and probably bed bugs. It was so disgusting that my son wanted to sleep in the car if we stayed. Due to hazard condition that could be dangerous for our health, we made a decision to cancel our trip and drive back home throughout a night. We didn't use the services that we paid for and requested a refund at the hotel. Our request was denied. I was under impression that the hotel rents their rooms to homeless people during non busy season. Booking.com should be aware what they sell to their customers. This place should be inspected and completely renovated before inviting guests. I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card because we didn't use the services and i doubt that the outcome will be in my favor. Stay away from this place!!!!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
The walls were very thin. We could hear the TV in the next room and also the people talking. It was like there was nothing between us except a sheet hanging from the ceiling.

The location was great! The hotel is located near the Outlets, and plenty of places to eat. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable, nice that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave
The hotel smelled of marijuana when you walked in, the room wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be,the room next to us was constantly running their water 😣😣

Definitely a junkie motel. I felt like I was going to be robbed and my room broken into. I double locked the doors every night. It reeked like weed the moment I got there. The staff seemed sketchy as hell, extremely untrustworthy.

We were in a good location, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, WiFi was good, it was quiet (probably because there weren't many other guests, had enough towels and towel bars
Lighting was very bad, everything was old except the bathroom sink, bathroom fan was very noisy, no continental breakfast.
no carpet, was wishing for an extra blanket, soap was not nice, almost like a little stone, had two shampoos and no cream rinse

Front person nice.
The whole place badly run down I have pictures to prove it. She said they were slowly remodeling omg not true. Floors peeling walls badly throwing on walls, sink looked old that was badly Installed. Tub was badly stained. She said they had old ladies that cleaned. HORRIBLE HOTEL. Also they should remove the sign that says Top rated Econo Lodge. SO FALSE

It looked like it was under construction, especially the bathroom. No housekeeping, no clean towels

it didn’t look cheap and trashy
housekeeping was knocking on my room door since 9am when check out is at 11 and i asked for a late check out prior to checking in they said it was ok then harassed me the next morning that if i don’t leave by 11 i was going to get charged

Location was close to outlet malls, that was our reason to be in Lancaster

So many people gave this hotel a low score. They are remodeling. I found petty people posting pictures of where they had placed items to be thrown away. They were behind a fenced in area for safety. Our room was clean, the beds were nice, and the decor was like the photo. We stayed two nights.
As you first walked in the room there was a smell. We thought it was a wet smell. I sprayed some of my body spray and it fixed issue. I normally bring Lysol with me to spray bedding and bathrooms in all hotels. I forgot it on this trip. Just FYI for the hotel owner. If you are having a musty smell from rooms being closed and not used as much due to covid. Dollar Tree has these carbon absorbers for all odors. You can place them under each bed. Change them each month. They are a plastic container. Works wonders in closed areas and basements. Also it was a bummer the vending machine broke down.
