The breakfast was ok. Coffee was good.
We were given the last room down the hallway when the hotel didn't seem full. I asked the reception about why and was told the room was assigned when I booked online.
The bed was creaky just to turn over as well the creaky floor. We could hear people walking on the floor above us

Very nice and comfortable but a bit dark and sketchy area.
The midnight staff was wonderful and attentive when I checked in, the room was spotless and the bed was soo comfortable! Pillows needed work, but I went and got mine out of the car. Lol
The manager at the desk at check out was RUDE! I went down to check out and he was on the phone starring into his computer and not once did he even glance up to acknowledge me standing there! I went back up to my room and called him! When I went back down and turned the keys in and got my check out recipt, he never smiled nor did he said hello, thank you, have a good day, or even kiss my ass. I was pissed for the rest of the day after that and didn't stop there to stay on my way back home. That's bad for your brand and makes its been eliminated from my next trip. I hope you get your management trained in customer service better because that was pathetic!

the clerk at the desk was a pompous ass. He was extremely rude. Actually yelled at me. My husband had to step in. Kept insisting that we were a “no show” from the night before. I tried to show him my confirmation on my phone and he became belligerent. I kept saying “Sir, if you would just look at it..” I had changed my date and also got confirmation on that as well. I had called the hotel a few days prior to assure we were all set and this was the same man that refused to check because I had booked through Booking.com. My husband and I traveled for 3 weeks with our dog and called every hotel we booked ahead of arrival and ALL were more than happy to add on something that was missed or assure us we were all set with our stay. I’ve been using Booking.com for more than ten years and never had an issue. This man charged our card and would not give us a room until I ask that he get his manager on the phone now. Also said he wouldn’t use Booking if they were the last company on earth, they can’t do anything right, make mistakes all the time and are nothing but problems.

Perkins just outside for breakfast main reason we stayed there.
Dog hair in our room with a 1 year old crawling around.

The breakfast was an average motel offering. The waffles tasted great and there is an option to make mini waffles. Like many chains, the motel no longer has carpeting. This is great because the floors are clean, but makes upstairs noise more audible. The mini fridge cycled on and off, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sound. The room was nice and dark even right on the parking lot, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There's a Perkins next to the parking lot, and the motel is less than 2 miles from a huge shopping area with any stores and restaurants you might want.

I was told that they would be able to put me in a first floor room because I am a disabled veteran., I got there and they claimed they had sent no response and the annoying guy behind the counter kept trying to get me to cancel the room at check in. But wait that’s not enough. They’ve replaced carpeting in rooms with linoleum. So every sound echoes and magnifies. People were still checking into their rooms after 3am. Having literal groups of drunks dropping their heavy luggage on the floors above, next to and around us made it impossible to sleep. The beds creaked and were incredibly uncomfortable. I only weigh 180lbs so it shouldn’t have been my weight. There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
