Not great.

Mix up in our room. Booked two beds and only got one. Kids had to sleep on the couch. No bedding left for them. They had to scrounge for bedding. Very disappointing.

A great place to stay

I loved staying at this hotel everything was very good the staff was great every staff member i saw was so nice to me the breakfast was good. I didn't want to leave the hotel but it will be my home away from home in I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know that is going near this hotel. Ras at the front desk is the best great person.

All of the Staff is very kind. I had a very clean room and bathroom. Expect something to hold you over related to breakfast; the hot dishes aren't great but they do their best.

we’ll maintained and clean. we had a problem with our ac unit not cooling and the staff immediately put us in another lovely room without hesitation. which was nice because we were tired and had a long drive.

There was a heat/ac issue and Stanley addressed it quickly and moved us to a new room. He was very attentive.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable room. It was perfect for an overnight. We didn't take advantage of breakfast, but it looked nice.

We were able to hear our neighbors TV, and they're talking. But this is typical. Our room didn't have usb ports for phone chargers. I've stayed in several properties and most have been equipped with the USB ports on the desk or nightstand. This property does not. Pack a full charger.

Weekend getaway

Whole facility was super clean, best breakfast out of all the hotels we have stayed at since covid, room clean and modern. Staff was super friendly as well.

Mattress in pull out couch could have been better, felt every spring.

It was a convenient and comfy experience with friendly staff!

Check in was very easy and the person who checked us in was very kind. He upgraded our room at no extra charge, so we were on the 3rd floor instead of the 1st floor. The beds were very comfortable, everything was so clean, and we slept like logs! We did unfortunately miss breakfast (our own fault) but the later check out let us sleep a little later.

The room was HOT. I tried to turn down the thermostat several times, but the heat just wouldn't go down. Instead, I turned the thermostat off completely. It wasn't uncomfortable enough for us to try to change, but I can imagine it might be for others.
