Location
The staff was terrible -Patel. He should not be in customer service. Whether you book directly or through 3rd party, you should not have hidden charges or be harassed when you check in. Very unprofessional.

For the rating it was ok. Looked clean and aesthetically pleasing. It felt safe and comfortable.
It was a little rough on the level of cleanliness on closer observation. The fridge had a lot of grime in it and the towels were off color. Floor was also messy. The front desk staff was really hard to track down—they wouldn’t answer calls and weren’t anywhere to be found most of the time.

Grateful for the apple. Eggs were a bit mushy and only warm. My wife is gluten intolerant (celiac disease) and so there was very little for her - the eggs and sausage. It would be helpful to have a sheet listing the ingredients.
The fridge was set too cold - things were freezing. The nob to change it was frozen in place.

The staff was super friendly and it was clean!!!
The beds were not comfortable at all and the breakfast was not good.

convenient
walls like cardboard. you could hear people having sex, kids running.
security doors had no way to lock.
it was a mass shooting invitation

It was a nice big room.
The beds sounded like a shot gun when you rolled over. No box spring just a bed in a box on top of a metal frame.

Clean rooms, pretty quiet and good continental breakfast.
They need more staffing. The staff they had were friendly and helpful, but when I checked in room 302, the smoke dectetor was chirping. I called the nice girl who was shorter than I am (I'm 5'2:") she came with a chair because she couldn't find a ladder and couldn't reach the detector. I had to get on the chair and barely reached. Would have been nice for her to have had some help. Another thing that bothered me was the flood lights that shone through the curtains. Why do they need to protect their garbage so aggressively?

what was finished was great although lists of noise from construction
under construction, minimal parking, mud all around rear parking

Everything was good with exception of front desk lady , she wasn't properly trained which wasn't her problem and she didn't know how to enter our deposit so we had to pay cash , also she was telling us that we wouldn't get our deposit back and had to call her boss for clarity . Like I said it was just lack of training on her boss that she didn't have knowledge needed to be her best on the job

Location was great for where I needed to be the next day. Price was mediocre for services advertised.
No staff at the lobby. Had to use the phone at the lobby to call someone down, but then couldn’t find them again when needed help later.
Room NOT inviting. From metal footing of bed to cold, uninviting vinyl floors.
Teenagers running up and down hall all night banging on random doors.
No complimentary breakfast as advertised. Lights were off in the dining area and no food available when breakfast was supposed to be available.

The location was fine. Parking was free.
Booked a king room. The bed was hard and the mattress slides when you sit on it. The pillows were small and flat. The bathroom was claustrophobic. The room did not look like the picture. It needed the armchair from the picture.
The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Front desk person hard to find.

Comfortable bed/pillows.
I was on 1st floor with adjoining room - the guests in the adjoining room were very loud/or walls just thin....difficult to sleep 1st night.

Did not eat breakfast either day....no tables and chairs in breakfast area. Limited breakfast. Swimming pool not working ... apparently has been out of service all year??? There two nights....no maid service.

Upon entry you can clearly tell this facility was compliant with the covid standards.
This is the part that is hard to keep it professional about. The experience was overall a pure train wreck. When you look at this location it looks great from the advertisement. Except this is where it all begins. Does false advertisement not mean anything anymore. If your thoughts of quality in beds is a mattress on a sheet metal frame your in luck here. The beds bring back all those fawn memories of sleeping on the ground and concrete like we did in Boy Scouts. Which leads to the interesting part of the experience. When you get 2 fluffy guys trapped in a room with no fan in the bathroom it leads to creative ways of fumigating the potent stench of a completed download. While being trapped in a 90 degree adventure hike in the desert. When it comes to the highly rated pool, beach chairs and towels. If your thought of a half empty dip in a infected cesspool of childrens tears. Your in luck with this amazing location. As for those fluffy and breakfast lovers of the “free Continental breakfast.” Your going to be highly disappointed like a fat kid dropping the center cut of the cake on an ant hill. You choices are coffee, expired lumpy OJ, off brand hostess muffins or a morning adventure with a natural valley hard tack bar. But on the bright side to all this amazing adventure it can be all yours of an extremely over priced rate of $145 a night after tax. Don’t let this $20 deal of a life time pass you by.
