Will never stay at this hotel again.Being able to have a pet there was the only reason that I stayed

no food service at all.

Well I didn't like the fact that I paid cash and they also charged my card so instead of $72 for a room with two beds I ended up paying $144 for one night.

Wouldn't recommend it to nobody

Price was ok.

The room was sub standard to say the least. It was in very bad disrepair, the mattresses were worn, the comforters had cigarette burns the WiFi was so weak I couldn't connect and my wife found what appeared to be broken paraphernalia while cleaning behind the microwave. Also the shower was dripping and the toilet ran the whole night

I should receive a complete refund. The fire department should shut this place down.

I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast. I requested a refund and didn’t get a response. Plus breakfast is advertised for free on their marquee. So why would book.com charge me extra? Book.com should refund my money. Not the hotel.

Sheets stained. Smoke detector was detached from the wall and on a table non functional. Exposed electric wires in lobby. One roll of toilet paper in room. Lot and surrounding area looked like a junkyard.

Good

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location.

Bathroom is very small and toilet or tub leaked as floor stayed wet. Needs to be updated. Bed and pillows aren't very comfortable.

Would not stay again.

When I showed up and went to the lobby there was nothing there. The whole entire lobby had the sheetrock ripped out, the ceiling was gone, wires were hanging from the ceiling. It was a mess. There was no one to there to assist with check in. I went around the corner and found someone and they told me go back to the lobby she would check me in. I went back to a tiny window beside the lobby and she checked me in. The lady was super nice. I understand they were undergoing construction in the lobby, I just wished there would have been some sort of a heads up about the situation instead of showing up to a place that looked deserted

Outdated, under construction, not the cleanest but probably not the dirtiest.

It had beds.

The smell of cigarettes, the rip-off price, the hair all over the hair-dryer. Other reviews slated this place and they were not wrong. Awful.

Holes in sheets no washcloths ,paint peeling off bathroom wall,shower curtain held up with wood blocks and over charged .

My husband would never go back but overall, you get what you pay for. It’s a motel not a 5 star hotel. Good location. I

Location was nice to the college game we were attending. Not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge and easy to get to The Funny Farm. We were traveling with my 23 month old grandson so thankful for a working refrigerator in the room and a Dollar General within walking distance. The floors were updated but nothing else.

The advertised breakfast was a joke. Coffee and juice only. The water machine was broke. We had to go to the store to buy milk and water. The beds were hard and the shower was not the best especially if you were taller than 5’2. The towels were small and not soft. The floor could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, you could hear everything outside the window. Although, a little expected being it’s a motel. Also, it could use at least one USB port for chargers.

Location

Room lacked simple items normally a part of a room such tissues, the small inexpensive coffee maker and such. Hard to walk between the bed and TV cabinet because the open doors perturbed so far out when opened. The handicap ramps to small and rough for a wheelchair or medical scooter.

Don't stay there!

Nothing. Place needs a major renovation. People actually LIVING there. Furniture looked at least 30 years old. Hoped there weren't bed bugs.

Won't be back.

It was a bed.

Muddy foot prints on the floor. Not enough towels or wash clothes. I killed several bugs walking across the floor. No hot water to take a shower.

Horrible experience

Nothing but location

Worst room ever! tub dirty, rooms not side by side as requested 6 months ahead of time due to travel with special needs people, no tv service, no internet service, refused to call manager at when we were upset, no military discount as promised, charged a lot more than quoted , heater broken! Charged me a night to leave and find somewhere else! charged $168 extra to card so we were charged $675 and change to not stay at hotel and had to get room 30 miles from the venue the day we arrived! I want REFUND! I will NEVER use booking.com again! 3 times used … 3 times disappointed! I will also not stay at another Days Inn by Wyndham EVER!!! Twice bad experience at a Days Inn by Wyndham.
