The young man who checked me in was efficient, professional, and very kind. Every aspect was great.
3.5
It was clean and updated somewhat.
Could use some further updating, especially bathrooms. Shower was very short.
Breakfast was seriously minimal, but great for people (like me) who is satisfied with a bagel and yogurt.
3.5
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. It was also very roomy.
3.5
The breakfast was very poor, so we took a yogurt and a coffee only !
The cleaness of the walk areas between the entrance and the room and the standard was a little low and we would rather pay 20 dólares more and get more quality
3.5
The bed was comfortable
The common areas weren't the cleanest

Nothing. Except maybe driving away.
So many bad things, I don’t know where to start.
We were greeted after checking in by a bag of soiled linens blocking access to the door of our room.
Someone else on here mentioned the place looking freshly renovated. I suppose that’s correct if “freshly” means “ten years ago “.
No cleaning service. No linens changed, no fresh towels. In fact, it looked like no one had entered the room at all during our two day stay. But then we noticed that the AC had been adjusted to keep it from running up the electric bill. So they took care of that. Speaking of the AC, it drained to a puddle on the floor.
We went by the desk before going out in the afternoon and reported that the room hadn’t been serviced. When we got back at 11, it hadn’t been touched. I had to go beg for clean towels from the front desk.
Speaking of coming and going, the owners used landscaping stones to block off a parking spot by the side door. We discovered this when we ran over one of them, likely damaging the underside of the car.
While checking out I informed the attendant of my dissatisfaction, and was told “We don’t clean the rooms except at checkout.” Of course, no adjustment or other consideration was offered. If it had been, I wouldn’t be writing this.
My advice: consider sleeping in the car instead of wasting your money at this place.

Nothing was impressive but it was at least peaceful this time with no loud neighbors
Staff does not speak the English language very well. Difficulty with basic human communication because of this. Breakfast was cheap and nothing warm. 25 minutes after breakfast was open the person on duty did not even turn the lights on in the breakfast area. She also could not be bothered to turn on the juice machine after we asked what was wrong with it. It wasn't turned on. She told us to just flip a switch on the bottom so it would work. She was busy playing on her phone. Room smelled like sour milk and windex. Room floor was filthy and made our feet black. The phone in the room can't even call the front desk so I had to make an unnecessary walk there. The gym has broken equipment so I couldn't even use a workout to deal with my frustrations with the hoe-tel. Vagrant woman was outside for over 7.5 hours which made it uncomfortable to walk by her. She looked "troubled".

away from traffic in quiet location was a plus.
cleanliness of the room was just ok but nothing special

The.room was clean
Fount Desk was very rude. She wanted a $100. Deposit, when I asked for what she said in case you break something. I asked her I am 70 yrs. Old I'm not a 2 yr.old
I didn't like the back doors being left open for anyone to walk in at any hour.
Your rooms are not in good quality for the elder or handicap. No safety rails in the shower

Great location! Very basic amenities, but clean and comfortable!
Employees are not rude, but certainly not the most welcoming. Breakfast is basic at best… limited continental selections… but always had coffee available!!
3.5
Beds were comfortable and decent size room with 2 queen size beds. All the standard stuff was supplied. The walls seemed a bit thin. The people next to us were laughing and just loud. Loud in the hallways too.
Not so much noise. Breakfast something other than breads and cereals.
