The room seemed to be clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so-so. It had a pancake machine but it needed to be cleaned and didn't seem to work quite right.
We had to have our room key reprogramed several times to keep it working. There were no towel racks in the bathroom or elsewhere in the room. No TP holder. There was no bar in what should have been a closet so no place to. hang up clothes. Little things but altogether made a negative impression on me. Also a door on the stand below the tv was off its hinges. (I should have told the desk but forgot to let them know that.) The breakfast room chairs were all up on tables so it didn't feel inviting. It could have been a better place with attention to small details.

I didn’t stay at the hotel. It was decrepit, un safe for my family- I have twin girls with cerebral palsy and other ailments and the place was not acceptable to stay in so I had to pay for another hotel. The bathroom was very dirty and the guests staying there look like drug addicts and people hanging out doors in the beds of their trucks. I didn’t feel safe and didn’t stay. I would like a refund.

Pancakes were good. Not much else. Cereal, bread for toast. Some yogurt. Average.
Was a little leary of the place but it was actually very clean. Had new carpet and fresh paint. Pool was open but water was even too cold for the grandkids
No complaints!

Looks like a homeless facility.

Dirty, run down.

The rooms were not clean, there was not toilet paper or towels in the bathrooms, we came back to room to find floor covered in water from the fridge defrosting while it was still plugged in. The tub bottom looked like it had rusted.

location
stained sheets, uncomfortable little lumpy pillows, no life size soap, not enough towels or wash cloths electrical outlets loose ie fire hazard key cards need resetting often

We didn't even try the breakfast. Since the place was too dirty, worn and gross we were afraid to. This place needs major renovations. paid WAY too much for such a dump! Price was double the normal price due to graduation weekend.

the lady working was nice, spacious room for a hotel.
wasn’t the cleanest. I had to clean out the tub myself. the vending machine took my money, we had to go to the gas station across the street for drinks. pool was closed, stuff just sitting out in the hallways. ceilings have cracks in them.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating. Friendly and allowed us a choice of 2 different rooms. Next time we visit our Hoosier family we'll book again 😊
People smoking outside near front entrance. No hot water in bathroom sink. However, in their defense. Arctic blast with wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph and wind chill of -40.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk was pleasant and helpful
First room was not clean, curtains needed repair, phone did not work, room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, hallway smelled initially of marijuana. when I went to request a new room, it took 20 minutes to find someone to help me. The desk clerk was irritated with my request and when I said I did not want a king bed (I was by myself and when I reserved a room, I reserved a room with queen beds) they tried to talk me into it even though queen bedrooms were available. I persisted and it was finally approved, but not pleasantly, but with an audible heavy sigh from the desk clerk leaving me feeling a burden to the hotel/staff. The second room was much better. However, the headboards were old and crooked, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were very cheap and one of the pillowcases was dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and the toilet paper looked as though it had been dropped in water and then dried and put back and would not unroll easily. The phone did not work. I came down in the morning for breakfast and there was nothing prepared to eat. There was cereal, but no milk (or anything) in the refrigerator. There was no batter for pancakes. There was no fruit or yogurt, nothing. There was coffee, but it was definitely not fresh. There was nothing to eat at all and no one present at the desk or in the breakfast area. I will not stay here again; the stay was unsettling. When the inside appearance matches the outside, rooms are clean and customer service improves, you will do well.

The breakfast was a loaf of bread so they could say continental breakfast. Couple holes in wall where it looked like a mirror was taken down. Carpet in hall looks like it hasn't been cleans in 20 yrs. Looks like it needs a total make over. Noting like the pictures.
