The location was perfect. It's a little outdated but overall it is very nice and a very charming property with. Comfortable beds and it was very clean and the staff was friendly. Check in and check out was very easy. I would stay there again.
I think that they could probably replace some of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and update a little bit.

Food was great! Wish the pool was open later than 8. Also we came in for the weekend and the earliest we could use the spa services was the following Wednesday..
Just mentioned no spa services

Area around the Inn is gorgeous, I'm a runner and it was nice to run on the golf cart path... Staff was very nice... Bed was extremely comfortable and the area was quiet.
There was no microwave in the room, I called for one at 8am, left for the day and it still hadn't been delivered by 4:30pm .. had to call numerous times for a microwave. I was in the area for a running event and the only morning I needed breakfast (Monday) was a day the kitchen was closed, which was kind of a bummer.

nothing at all
staff was very irritated. Bartenders were complaining how they had to dress and weren’t making any money. they were telling me and my sons this while trying to enjoy a drink. front office was not existing, went to check out and drop off keys and woman that was working shift was in her car doing god knows what.

There was no breakfast. The coffee was good. They had a restaurant but we had to leave for our conference before it was opened.
The entrance and lobby are a bit odd. The entrance for the hotel is located on the side of the grand building. Signage was poor and we went in the main entrance at first. A handicap ramp outdoors is hidden on the side to the elevator. This is an old seminary and beautiful setting.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The spa was amazing.
We had a bit of a heating problem in our room and they were not able to deal with it because the engineering staff had gone home.

Overall, awesome.
Food staff was a little short tempered. Not bad service just off. Not busy at all but acted like they were swamped? Sort of off putting. Complain about your job to co-workers not guests, I’m getting away/ taking a break. I don’t care about how you do so much and everyone else is dead weight. Desk super great, all other staff awesome too.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The facility and grounds are lovely and very quiet!
It would be nice if breakfast was available on site all week. Currently it is only on the weekends.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years. I love the location and as a member of the Board of the Pro Football Hall of Fame I usually stay with you. I could stay at other hotels at a much lower price but I’ve liked Glenmore. The hotel and the rooms need upgraded. Hopefully that can happen in the near future.
The price. For the price I can stay at a newer hotel. This grand place is showing her age.

Location is great.
The room is dated. Cold and dark. Very old water stains on bathroom ceiling tile.

That they had card keys and not a real key. Couldn’t get in the room because the key was tricky

The grounds were beautiful. Very picturesque
The restaurant & spa were surprisingly closed the day we stayed. Very, very, very disappointing! The room was noisy for sleeping. Something was running on and off all night outside the room. The Air condition fan blew directly on the bed. The TV was small. Only a bed and two wooden chairs to sit on. Never again will we stay there

The July 4th festivities and fireworks were outstanding! The pool was great. The hotel staff was excellent. Keep up the good work.
We were there during the July 4th weekend to visit family on July 3rd. We had breakfast and the buffet dinner there on July 4th. The dinner was good, however, a bit expensive.

The Inn was nice. The pillows were not comfortable but I am a pillow snob.

The Inn is located in a beautiful/safe gated golf course community that is about 2 miles from all that Belden Village, Lake Cable, and The Strip have to offer. The grounds offer beautiful views- perfect for an evening stroll. You can see how the landscape was perfect for the seminary students -beautiful snd serene. The residents Fitness center is fairly good sized and available to Inn guests (free weights, cybex circuit. Treadmills, etc.). Staff was accommodating.
Rooms are very basic and outdated. The drapes, paintings, furnishings, etc. looks as though they have been there since it was a seminary.

We enjoyed the food at all of the places within the Bertram Inn. The waiters and staff were fantastic. We would like to come back when the pool is open and take in the spa later in the year.
The room sheets may have been cleaned, but there were stains on the bedskirt and stains of a pen or something on the pillows. Overall the room was comfortable, but those two things should be addressed when cleaning the rooms.
