Location close to the Forum was excellent, parking was excellent, staff was excellent. Even the view down the river from the room was excellent.
As for the room, I've never stayed here on the street side before, it is noisy at night. Additionally, the bed was extremely stiff which was not expected.

Hotel was great.
Breakfast should be free and parking should be free

Modern hotel with great location
The pool wad out of service and we specifically picked this location because we had a requirement for a pool. We were not informed the pool would be out of order when we booked the room.

Friendly staff and decent for the price. A good affordable option.
Pool was closed, bathroom and floors were dirty, found some hairs on the pillows. Sheets are pretty uncomfortable but the front desk person was very friendly and was able to get us an extra blanket and some new pillows. Parking is $40 per night.

Closeness to the downtown.
The noise. Cars racing and motorcycles racing kept us up most of the nite, and we were on the 5th floor!

Free breakfast is always best but I liked the alacart better than hotels that charge a flat rate.
The pool was very cloudy almost seemed dirty. Our shower didn't work properly and when maintenance came to address it they never came back and followed up to fix it.

Run down, beat up, not super clean.

The cleanliness was good, the room was amazing & the staff were on point with my accommodations. Booking.Com gave me such a hassle when it came to switching my dates & Amber was very polite & patient with working with me to switching my dates so I appreciate her for that.

The location was perfect and most of the staff was super friendly!
The fact that we had paid extra for a riverview room and weren’t informed of the fact that there was non see through plastic covering both of our windows for the duration of the stay in which we weren’t able to see anything out of our window. It felt like staying in a jail cell.

They were beyond hospitable, the valet after dropping off the car brought my bf’s phone that he was using for navigation and left in the car. The front desk called and said immediately that they would bring it to our room and was there within minutes. Would and will definitely stay again!

It was a good location for getting to places of interest and our event.
Getting into the area to check in with your car was difficult.

It is a great location close to a lot of amenities. The hotel is very modern with a good design.
Only having valet parking with no other parking is a problem for those driving to it. It was also very loud on Saturday night on the street and the sound could be heard inside the room.

The staff was very nice, and our room and beds were very comfortable.
Paying $30 a night for our vehicle we paid enough for the hotel the parking should have been included.

The location is perfect if you are going to the Fiserve. This time our room overlooked the river.

Accessibility
Street front room with noise from traffic till around midnight. Air conditioner unit sounded like a plane taking off, each time it kicked on.

Hotel room was clean, good location.
The stay was great until me and my husband got in our vehicle and the valet service drove our car to us with a flat tire, which of course we did not have when we dropped it off. The tire was clearly flat and the valet worker dropped our car off and didn’t say anything-Furthering the damage to the flat tire by driving on it. After we expressed this to the front desk manager he became extremely defensive in the fact that the valet company is separate. Nobody did anything or apologized and it was extremely confusing and disappointing. I get things happen and my husband nor I made a scene, but we were extremely dismissed in the whole situation and I’m still mystified at how it was handled. I can’t believe we weren’t offered any sort of help on the situation!

Great location. Right next to the fiserv forum so if your going to an event there this space is perfect! Dont get conned into paying $38 for valet… pay the $20 for 24 hour parking in the lot across the street bc thats where the valet would take your car anyways!!!

Location
Parking price incorrect on booking site so was not happy to find out it was more. Also, I don't care for the barn door style bathroom. It's loud and not very private.

The location.
Staff. We had a few issues, and had some poor communication on their side, which led to false statements. Our room also flooded from the shower and were told we either couldn't shower for 2 days to allow repairs, or had to switch rooms. Then, because of this, our room was not cleaned from the Sunday we checked in until Thursday. Resulting in lined up garbage (3 cans +), no towels (because the new room's shower also leaked), and 2 squares of toilet paper to use (forcing my husband to leave me on the toilet to find some). When answering their, "how are we doing text" and giving them a 6, the "GM" then began to berate me and tell me that what I was saying wasn't true (although others in my company were told the same thing). "He" was very rude to the point I had to say, "leave me alone". When returning to the hotel from being out at dinner (when the "GM" was arguing with me over text), we walk into the lobby to see my texts on a computer screen and two female employees laughing about them (not knowing it was me that walked in).
Then on Thursday night, I was out to dinner with friends. The hotel called me 3 times, 8:34 p.m., 8:35, and 8:36. When we arrived back to the hotel, we were told it was because they needed my card for valet. Something they told me was covered and I didn't need to worry about. I told them they would get my card when I checked out the next morning.
All in all ridiculous. I have more examples, but I think you see the point. The location is perfect, so if you're more worried about that than service, I'd recommend. If you want what you're paying for, go somewhere else to spend your money. There are other nice hotels in this area. I've traveled a lot, both for business and pleasure. This was the worst stay I've had, and I've only given one subpar review in my long life.
Jon was nice, so I don't want to lump him in with the others.
