Couple negatives but overall great value and experience.

Great value for a room right next to the pool and arcade. Easy and available parking.

Half the arcade games were having errors which bummed kids out. Looked like they all ran on wifi which is problematic. Entry doors buy the 100 rooms is very loud. No way we would have had a good nights rest if we got one of these rooms.

The Pool and Tiki area were nice and updated. The kids really enjoyed that and had fun. I was surprised how well kept the entire pool area was. 5 Stars!

The staff at the front desk was incredibly slow, even when I had mentioned I would please just like to get to my room, they sure took their time and didn’t seem to be in any sort of hurry to get your room keys or accommodate you whatsoever. The Bar staff was a complete nightmare to deal with, and I do not recommend getting a drink. I’m not sure if they knew what they were doing, or were just lost with what is going on. I had ordered 2 Drinks for myself both doubles and the 2 times I ordered I literally had to remind the bartender I wanted a mixed drink, not a plain one. On top of that, she didn’t understand I wanted it mixed with regular Coke, not diet. I eventually gave up and took what I could get. The Food was actually really good, but don’t waste your time ordering anything that isn’t in a can or out of the tap.

Cheap and doable for 1 night.

Location to Sanford Center

My toilet didn’t flush properly. It looked like the ceiling in the hall had fell through, they had a drop cloth down and it had been patched. The whole place smells like chlorine.

Very child friendly and great coffee machine in lobby...also locked facility so safe

Needs a great deep cleaning all over, painting, new doors or at least scratches covered with stain, need front desk people with knowledge of area

Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. HUGE COCKROACH INFESTATION!!!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. When issues arose they were friendly and worked to try and resolve the situation.

My room was infested with cockroaches. Over the 2 days I was there I killed 9 cockroaches in my bathroom. When I walked by the casino area by the pool I spotted 3 more cockroaches.

Was able to get a couple hours of sleep

There was no breakfast!!!

The room smelled like pot the door was broke well all doors were broke water in shower not good after showering from 17 1/2 hr drive still felt dirty

Our stay was pleasant, relaxing, and fun.

The front desk staff was awesome! Chelsea worked with me to accommodate our schedule She is so sweet and helpful!!!

Great, if you avoid the front desk!

Location, the room, the pool.

Staff was extremely rude. We requested new towels and to have our garbage emptied. After 4 hours, we took the garbage to the desk and asked for towels, and lady at the desk rolled her eyes and walked away!

Amazing and we will be back again!

Everything! We didn’t have to leave once we got back from basketball bc there was the water park and the bar, restaurant.

I wish the people in the water park area were more on top of things. There was a group of boys who were causing havoc and needed to be thrown out. They were old enough to know better but the workers didn’t want to throw them out. Other guests had to yell at them and ask them to not knock over little kids.

Was great, just leave some free coffee out. Lol

Loved the breakfast buffet! The elderly waitress was slow and had half my breakfast done before I got anything to drink. That sucked, especially if you are a coffee lover. I had to go outside of the establishment just to purchase some expensive Starbucks coffee, not cool.

Love the Location when going to concerts at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, staff friendly and welcoming, room was clean

Only complaint was that the cable service for the TV was bad the channels kept going in and out

Worst stay at a Ramada let alone a Wyndham in my liiiiife!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

The beds were very comfortable but honestly I was incredibly disappointed and feel I was cheated

Well first I booked in as "traveling for work" they were notified I am working early hours 3 am up and off by 4am. They also knew I drove 10 hours last Wed March 22. I was out right in front of a resort area ...they knew I slept none and drive 10 hrs and had to be 45 mins away at work at 6 am but send a carpet cleaner to clean my corridor at 3am or sooner...reallyyyy? I complained n nothing was done but I'm sorry...ok 500 dollars for this stay....then I leave and I put do not disturb outside my door...I intentionally set a piece of paper in my drawer as shown in pictures and my drawer was opened i took a time stamped photo..when I got back the paper was on the floor and I took a picture also...no towels or anything were changed so someone came in n looked around period...the management saw it and agreed she sees what I see and Said she would do something but really again now my sleep was interrupted, my things were gone thru and you can't comp me or do something to help ease the aggravation and being so incredibly put out? It's Saturday night the 25th I'm exhausted thankfully Im at a cheaper but still better hotel because I could sleep and they have a pool but knew I needed to be away from it...I even ASKED TO BE MOVED AND WAS DISREGARDED!!! I'm sick from this I spent good money to work 3 days and was treated like my money and my time meant nothing yet earn my money the same as them? It's so disrespectful, I feel it's a trashy establishment

Came in late, was put in a smoked up room with our young children, lady drea moved us to a pool side room, which we were thankful for and said she was going to adjust price and when we checked out we paid full price. Will dispute charges, $280 for one night, crazy.

gross, definitely spent the maintenance budget on water park and not the rooms

the water park was the nicest thing about the resort

dirty sheets with hair and black crumbs, black mold in corners of king suite, black mold was covered by paint along inside angles that crept to the ceiling, thick cobwebs on sprinkler above bed, broken towel bar in bathroom, sink was hanging from counter top and had a 4 inch gap when using water got on the floor we stayed poolside room 140 we had to use the back parking lot unless we wanted to walk through the water bark however it definitely felt unsafe with very little light and no cameras just a sign saying lock your door we are not responsible for stolen items definitely had to be in before dark

It was clean and maintained. Nice place to stay

There was no TV as the tech was having problems with their service. There were homeless people hanging out on the premises and was trying to get cigarettes. Change. .. had a terrible fall in their restaurant due to a slick floor. No one cared to come help me. Thank God my daughter was there to assist me. Workers just looked on and kept doing their thing.. Injured my knee and ankle.. reported all of this before I left and still charged me full amount. Not happy..

Nice place but hot water problems.

I loved the location, it was a mile or less from my son.

I was really disappointed when I went to take a shower and it took a long time for the hot water to come on and reach actual hot water. There was no continental breakfast.
