The bed was very comfortable. The room functioned well for our stay. The location was perfect. The amenities offered were great - fire pits, s’mores etc. Recommend the hotel.
The room is right on the walkway so you cannot leave the window treatments open. Therefore, the room could use better lighting or one way film on the windows/doors.

The staff was so welcoming, and the location is just perfect! We had so much fun making s'mores while watching the snow fall.

Beautiful location within a stroll of town. The front of house team are friendly and helpful, the housekeeping team are thorough. The hotel’s location by the river is delightful and the little touches make it homely, lots of seating by the river, popcorn and toasted marshmallows in the evenings.
I loved the property. As motels go its not cheap but you get a location in the heart of Estes Park.

Everything. The staff was great!!
The bathroom and shower were a little small.

Location and the extras in the evenings were fantastic. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Kids loved smores by the river.
The rooms were fine, the beds were not that comfy.

We walked a couple of blocks to a restaurant in town. It was so nice not to have to get into The car again. We were right by the Fall River. The Adirondack chairs along the river were wonderfully comfortable. We had a private balcony. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was large and just the right temperature. Loved it!
The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as the purple mattress we have at home. The small pillows were hard although there were a lot of them. Our room was up a flight of stairs. There was a parking lot beyond the river although this allowed us to park close to our room. We paid $459. I thought that was a lot for one night considering. We booked last minute so maybe that explains the price. The A. C. Blew right onto the bed even though the room was quite large. We turned it off and then it was too warm.

Value for the price, the accommodations(room) could have been better, had a hard time falling asleep too much noise from above room!

We loved the location with the lovely seating by the creek. Staff was wonderful and helpful and breakfast excellent. We walked to shop and dine and enjoyed time on the grounds.

It was clean. The location was perfect and the small river in front of the hotel was wonderful.
Pillows! They were too thick, I couldn't sleep with any of them.

It was comfortable and clean. There was a continental breakfast available and the river running next to the motel.

Complications with Booking.com
The pet room had a slight odor to it, but that is to be expected.

Modest but comfortable accommodations on an outstanding property located walking distance to Estes Village. Loved sitting on the chairs in front of the stream with my complimentary coffee and danish.
You can definitely hear your neighbors in the surrounding rooms. Also slight musty smell from the carpets.

Location, location, location. It is right next to downtown Estes Park and walking distance to all that is there.
Bathroom window wouldn't open and there was no exhaust fan. There was a sporadic thumping noise in the corner of the room which was annoying during the day and woke us up during the night. Juice machine in the lobby was broken for 2 days. Bed was too soft and riled up a back injury, so we left two days early and no partial refund was given.

We always love the Silver Moon. My 7 year old and I brought our new dog with us this trip, and it was wonderful. The hot tub was fabulous, our room was clean, everyone was friendly, and breakfast was just right for us. It snowed on and off for our three day stay, and it was magical. We even saw a herd of deer walk right past our room.
Nothing.

Location is great. Room was clean and quite. Staff was friendly.

The inn was very cute and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
We had guests staying above us that stayed up till 2am partying! It was so loud it sounded like they were in our bedroom! We called around 12:30am to file a noise complaint, but nothing happened. Sadly, this was enough to make us not want to stay again. Between the loud guess, and hearing guests arrive all hours of the night, we did not sleep at all!

Breakfast wasn’t bad for a free breakfast, didn’t have scrambled eggs or bacon, things like that, mostly continental breakfast with cereals and cold foods. Location is awesome being right next to downtown, never have to drive at night to go to dinner, easily within walking distance. Staff have always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Rooms recently remodeled and very cozy.
This is out of the inn’s control, but our neighbors were very loud at evening/night time even during quiet hours. I had recently called the front desk that day so I didn’t want to call again and complain(be a Karen!), but maybe a better way of enforcing quiet hours, like a staff member walking the premises every so often during quiet hours or having a nighttime guard. Otherwise love staying here and will be staying here again in the future.

loved it! the location, the people, and the little touches- popcorn and s’mores in the lobby
we had 2 beds and 1 was a little uncomfortable
3.0
Bed up too high. Too many over filled pillows. Weird noises during the night from heating or plumbing?
3.5
comfortable, and convenient location.
the room was a little cramped, and the window coverings were not sufficient with the walkway being just on the other side of the windows. if someone was trying to
see what is going on in the room, they wouldn’t have to try very hard.
3.0
proximity to main part of town
noisy all through night, including the heating unit squeaking, and some kind of knocking that sounded like water running through the pipes or something. also, we paid extra for a “view” which didn’t really look out onto anything, especially since snow covered the creek and everything that could have been considered “scenic”.

Super close to shopping and restraunts
Kinda loud in the morning with everyone loading up amd leaving.

Exceptional location at the end of Main Street, walk to everything downtown. rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and bathrooms nicely remodeled. Staff was very helpful, we had to leave a day early, we talked to the front desk and they gave us a credit for a future stay.
breakfast had cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast/bagels and oatmeal. a couple hot options added would be an improvement

We loved the spacious room, the fire pit, the s'mores, the staff, the snacks for our hikes, the popcorn, the river. The continental breakfast was simple and very nice. It was an easy walk to town. The Silver Moon was a lovely, pleasant, relaxing, friendly place to stay. At check-in, staff offered a DVD player and showed us their collection of DVDs, as internet there was not adequate for streaming services (which was just fine by us as we were not there to watch Netflix!). They came up with a very thoughtful and creative way to make in-room entertainment possible for their guests.
Note that second floor rooms are reached by stairs, no elevator. Wifi in our room wasn't great; again, not a big deal and not unexpected as the location is remote. And, wifi was fine in the office.
