NOTHING AT ALL!

Very dirty, smells like smoke, no breakfast, shower was very filthy! Selling drugs smoking weed Crack and needles in the staircase from harorine! Only 2hrs. Of sleep and woke us up at 8:00am to ask us if we wanted to stay another night, So u woke me up for that!!!!

Exceptional

Clean room, very spacious with all amenities you need for a pleasant stay, and comfortable bed. My go to spot in Greenville for sure!

Only negative is the wifi sucks, but still a great value for the nightly rate & location. Better wifi would make this place perfect!

Very weird

General manager approached me regarding my certified service dog she explained to me that I'd have to play twenty dollars a day plus $10 a day cleaning fee for the dog to stay there then she has the gall to ask what type of disability do I have I don't know if young lady is just new or if she just don't care or her Daddy bought her a motel to play boss lady with ...I don't know but I know the law and just for information to others you can be fined up to 75,000 per offense for discrimination against a service animal I fought for this country and I have to be treated this way also waited 5 days to be delivered a trash basket we're still waiting on it and we're not even there anymore never gave us a trash basket other than that it was a decent stay also she never explained that there was a deposit which I went ahead and paid and when I checked out she grabs her purse pulls out her wallet and gets my deposit out of her personal cash I don't know many businesses that have a purse that they deposit money in super shady and unprofessional other than the general manager the rest of the employees were super great and very decent I kind of feel sorry for them having to work there and I'm sure she's going to blast back nice little letter or message stating that she doesn't feel like I need to stay there anymore but that's okay at least I got my point across and maybe somebody else won't be subjected to this silliness

alright for the price, just don’t expect much.

location was convenient

no elevator, sketchy clientele, horrible check in process, got barged in on at 8 am while I was sleeping for my debit card (which was already on file through Booking.com)

The staff at ESA Haywood Mall, really go the extra mile to accommodate you and ensure that you are well taken care of! I

99% of it all! I would definitely consider staying here again, and I will refer people here and know that they’ll be happy too! GREAT STAFF and HOUSEKEEPING!!!

Not necessarily the “property’s” fault, but there are a few updates that could be done (nothing major), like the color they use for the interior walls and some of the decorating, but it’s nice regardless!

Disappointing

it was close to where we were staying

WiFi kept going in and out so we couldn’t really watch tv when we was in room. called front desk, was told there was nothing they could do about that! hallways stunk really bad and so did our room, we had to go get some febreeze, which really didn’t work. and they had the nerve to require a $100 deposit, which they did refund, but I didn’t learn about that until check in

The room is more like a studio apartment than a motel, but that is what will entice me to return.

The breakfast only consisted of coffee and snacks, not a full breakfast like their ad implied. But that won’t deter me from booking a room there in the future.

Location.

The room was dirty! We had to do our own cleaning and the mop was full of dirt. The hallways smell like marijuana and no one did anything about it. Not safe.

I came for a wedding reception on Saturday, arrived Friday evening, and departed Sunday morning.

Not too much.

Not what I expected and that is not good, the room walls could be cleaner. The hallways smell. Dogs should be allowed on one floor only, the guests think their dogs are free to run around without a leash in the hallways. No elevators and my room was on the 3rd floor. I blame booking.com for showing pictures that are not the same room you will be staying. Also, I was charged for the stayed on September 21, 2021 and my room was booked for Oct 8-10, 2021. The put a deposit on my charge card that I was not prepared for, making me very upset. I do not see me using booking.com or staying at this hotel again. I wish I stayed a the Hilton. No screens in the window, everyone does not like using air conditions.
