TI uncomfortable

Location

Long term stays smoking weed in rooms where the smell comes through vents consistently rather than go away from property-very nice and full property to smoke away from building. Stealing of door placards. Staff Requesting to clean room, getting in room and not cleaning it. Very odd.

There was an issue with reservation. It was resolved the next day. The desk person worked at it and called when it was resolved . Very satisfied with the result.

not worth the money I spent to stay thereb

that there was a kitchen in the room and there was also a gazebo area a girl and tables very cool

the kitchen didn't come with no plates silver wear pots or pans no dish soap you will have to go and buy any of that at the hotel store way over prices

Definitely a great place for long stays

Wonderful staff! Excellent accommodations. We feel blessed to be able to stay here for now. The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is very comfortable. And bring able to have our dog and cat is so comforting.

The way the shower was set up in the bathroom we did not like it you only have a shower curtain not and a door the water was get on the floor and made the floor wet and slippery

A safe "home" in crisis

"The accommodations are wonderful. We had no where to go as we lost our house. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. Definitely worth the price and excellent location. Thankful to have somewhere to call home until we get back on our feet.

Honestly, the only thing I'd change is an option for a king bed. Otherwise, it is very cozy.

Very clean and great price nice staff if you are disable the shower is huge and wheelchair accessible with stool huge bathroom had full fridge two round burners microwave even had paper towels and a toaster

Clean room at the start of our stay but no cleaning during our stay of 8 days.

The room was clean and had enough space.

We stayed 8 days and our room was never cleaned at all. We had to specifically ask for towels and soap. We were awakened one night at 3:30 am by the fire alarm and had no power or heat for more than a day. The room was overly hot even with the heater set to 60ºF (15ºC).

I don't like bugs 😒 but once they were gone, I was okay.

Room was spacious. I loved the refrigerator and having a microwave. The bathroom was clean and was well stocked with towels.

There were bugs in our room. Went to the front desk and because she stated the same bugs were up front as well, I was suppose to be okay with it. I asked for bug spray and she was able to accommodate me with some. Had to spray the room twice.
