Not pleasant.

Staff was not nice and we were at the pool and someone freaked out running out of a room, acting all crazy than five other women surrounded her than a guy.

It feels like we got catfished with this hotel. Definitely won’t be staying here again. We need some of our money back

The pictures online are definitely not the hotel we seen. I didn’t know the area and it was my first time in that city.

I had a king room, when we got there I of course looked everything over. When I sat on the bed something scratched my leg. It was the metal from the mattress that had broke and was poking through the mattress. Also the tub was like standing on a water balloon. The house keeper told us they keep patching the tub instead of replacing it.

The Manager has a terrible attitude and bad disposition about herself she is very unprofessional and she is also disrespectful to your guests… She don’t deserve to be a manager anywhere

Not staying again

Staff was nice

People talked all night outside my room tweaked up on drugs The lamps in the room didn’t work The First room they gave me was already opened and had stuff inside of it

It felt as an hotel from a crime movie, bad looking from the outside and guests around looked quite dodgy. I won't recommend it for family with kids.

Went into room black mold over top of bed all above the bed on trim...everywhere. they gave me another room tv didnt work holes in curtains and entrance was on back alley it was HORRIBLE. RUINED GREENVILLE FOR ME AND THE BAYMONT.

The first room was great but the tub had no foundation and I could feel I was about to cave through, so I switched rooms and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet was clogged.

The price was lower than most. Off the interstate.

The rooms need a face lift. The molding was rough looking and corners broke down the bed mattress need a good vacuuming!! The smell when you walked in like moth balls.

We canceled the stay immediately.

The location was fairly central to the purpose of our trip.

The entire room reeked of marijuana and the closet smelled like cat urine. The mattresses were stained and the entire room was dank and dingy.

Takes 3-5 business days to get deposit back when using a card. Didn't take you 3-5 business days to take my money....

It was close to where I needed to go

It was not very clean. There was a hand print on the head board of the bed not sure what the hand smeared on there but looked pretty nasty and water was cold for shower. Breakfast coffee was instant and nasty, the water in it tasted moldy. .Will not stay there again...

the room i reserved for was a non-smoking and it definitely smelled like cigarettes, we obviously left since i wasn't gonna expose my 5 month old baby near all that smell.

The bed was awful you go to get in it and you immediately sink to the middle. There was hair in the sink. The air conditioner didn't work.

over all a descent stay

nice friendly staff and rooms were clean. Great location and check in went smoothly.

need up grades , bathroom sink was coming apart around the base. Room door need some sealing to avoid the cracks since the room door is exposed outside.

Only way I will go back if it’s updated totally inside out and standard living accommodation

The location of woodruff rd is ok it’s how they have it set up for you to enter into the hotel you basically have to drive down woodruff rd past the location and come back up to get to it

The things that I didn’t like is the value of the room when they don’t meet standard living accommodation why should I have to pay extra to have a microwave and fridge in room why should I have to check into a room and clean it myself
