My reservation wasn’t honored.

It’s in a good location. Nice entrance decor and also in the room.

I booked and paid in advance for a king room on 2/27/23, but when I checked in on 3/7/23, I was given a double queen. The only explanation was the king rooms were sold out, even though I had a reservation. So they don’t honor your booking.com reservations, which isn’t right and on a side note, a double queen bed doesn’t work for a 6’4” person or for a couple. This didn’t happen the first time I stayed here, but there’s another review that had the same problem. They need to honor all reservations! I hope this is brought up to the hotel manager! I think next time we’ll try the new Bunkhouse hotel when it opens up next door.

Excellent decor on arrival. Everything well kept . The room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Easy access to parking areas.

There is nothing I did care for. No negatives at all.

A place to sleep

The staff was very nice

The breakfast was good but small had to wait to make the waffles due to there only being one would probably go better if the had 3 waffle makes 10 people waiting to make one that takes 2 min to cook made my family have to wait along time for there plate to be done

Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property! It was gorgeous inside the lobby. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities. The pool looked fantastic, unfortunately I forgot a suit so I didn’t try it, but it looked amazing. The breakfast buffet was awesome as well. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything wonderful except the parking is risky.

The room was great— clean, comfortable, and quiet. The manager is very personable, talkative, and friendly. The breakfast was okay and the kitchen staff were nice.

The parking is difficult— that is the downside. Only 6 regular spaces close to the entrance while there is a lot more handicap parking which is probably too much. The problem is that the rest of the parking is far away and is isolated. The parking area doesn’t seem safe or secure.

Beautiful hotel, very cozy and fun!

The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the room was clean and nice.

The free breakfast wasn’t great, but we also didn’t get there until 9am when they were about to close.

Lovely appearance overall. Nicely decorated. Room was quite comfortable and the bed was outstanding. Good breakfast choices. Wonderful indoor pool, although we didn't take advantage of it. Staff helpful.

Because it is quite new, it is a bit out of town. You need to drive into town to locate stores or supplies.
