The staff were very friendly. Room was clean, and bed/pillows were comfortable. A/C worked, which was a bonus on such a hot day.
The hotel was extremely difficult to find, partially due to the faded sign. This hotel is only 7 min. from the airport but in a very rundown area. The facilities are decrepit. The room had no lamps on the nightstands, and I couldn't get the TV to work. I liked the closeness to the airport, and the staff was pleasant but needed to interact through a glass window with a pass-through slot. I was not comfortable staying here due to the neighborhood.

Well whenever I pulled into parking lot I was approached by 3 guys asking did I stay there and then I said No, I'm just trying to check in. So then whenever I get to the front desk the lady that was there was very rude and very nosey. I was already frustrated scared nervous and very uncomfortable felt because how I was approached by 3 guys walking up yo my vehicle. She then yells at me saying no I cancel u go else were if u don't like. I said fine I'd gladly do so because no reason that I am being harassed as am I checking in to get key so I could go just get up to room and go to bed.
The 3 guys that approached my vehicle that had no sort of badges or anything and also the lady at front desk

It was clean, there was a spa tub, they had water and chips in the room.
It was freezing, I had to BEG for a space heater while the property managers were wearing ski masks and snow coats. I had to warm my children and myself in my minivan. I had to warm the room with a hair dryer and the space heater I had to beg for and even the space heater was needing me to "reset" every 45 minutes. There were circle saws in operation for the entirety of our stay. I called booking.com to explain why I'm BEYOND DISSATISFIED and was told he argued with the property manager and was unable to make any headway. This property is located in a ghetto, has people running the operation like a chop shop and seems ULTRA DODGY. It seems this "hotel" is actually a cover for their business operations as a chop shop. I couldn't help but notice that there were transactions that NO ONE WANTS TO SEE, MUCH LESS 3 SMALL KIDS WITNESSING. This place is run by people either desperate to make a dime or running an operation that has nothing to do with lodging or hospitality. I really think it's the latter. The things we saw while minding our own business in a hotel that I paid $140 for one night would rattle you. This establishment needs to be removed from booking.com and every other site.

Great hotel good location and great deal
Everything was good no complaints
5.0 / 10.0
The jetted tub was good.
The toilet seemed to run the excessively, the heater was totally inadequate making for a very cold stay, the two burner electric stove top did not work (looking for that to provide heat in the place), the construction work taking place causing some unwanted noise, the establishment is very old and for $120 a night I could have stayed in a much newer much nicer room at Hyatt or the Hilton which I will do next time and recommend everyone else do that is considering staying here. Even $50 a night is about $15 to much.

Staff were rude and terrible mannered I
DO NOT RECCOMEND.
Staff was terrible and tried to refuse to let me see rhe room before I gave a deposit which is a catch 22 because I wouldn't give aby deposit without being able to see the room. They were rude and terrible mannered I
DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I liked the tub it was nice that the hot water stayed hot definitely a bonus!
No remote to the TV and no remote to the lights on the bed they wouldn't stop flashing it hurt my eyes and gave me a major headache, the front desk was no help w any of that to be honest I should get a cheaper rate.. because the lights were the only reason I wanted to stay there.

Nothing. One of the most high crime areas of okc. I've seen places 10x better for 1/4 of price not only would I never let my family stay there. I wouldn't be there alone.
