Stay somewhere else

It was a room with beds and a fridge.

The staff was very slow and made my family uncomfortable. The amenities at the hotel were almost all unusable. The pool was closed probably because it hadn't been cleaned this decade. The fitness center was trashed and had lots of broken equipment. The elevator had all safety buttons smashed out and lots of vandalism.

Exceptional

Reasonably priced for a very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. And all the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.

They run out of hot water during breakfast.

It was very easy to find, and the staff was very accommodating, and they partnerships with the American Cancer Society is a godsend.!

pretty on the outside worse than basic on the inside

Beautiful location, near pier & freeway. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Floor was so dirty my feet were black, no amenities (shampoo/soap/lotion), no coffee pot in room or even in the lobby, grab-n-go breakfast was completely gone before the end time, housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking well before checkout, & there were ant baits full of dead ants in the restroom.

Great staff and very quiet location! Just what we like

The stay was wonderful just couldn’t get the wifi to connect to my laptop but overall I give this place and the staff an amazing 100% on everything. Thanks for the pleasant stay but we had to head back to Las Vegas! We will return!

We spent little time in our room, and it was a relatively good value for what we needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet.

The "breakfast" consisted of morning beverages, breakfast bars and muffins. Pretty sparse.

Ok place to stay

The room was a nice suze

The front desk rep, name Peter was horrible he acted like we were bothering him. The microwave was dirty, the bed was wat to hard to the point my back us hurting now.

Room and staff was decent

Location is Bad. Area is not good and very far from any shopping area or ferry station. No service and though they say breakfast available , it is of no use. Just a packed muffin and coffee.

If I was provided hot water thus stay would be the best. I will still stay there and I should be credited

had no HOT water and very difficult to take shower or bath. very, very, very bad. I stay their 3-4 times a year in the last 6-8 years and have never had this water issue. I really should be given a credit for part of this stay.

Wish this was convenient to more places, but still a great choice for a long term stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and free continental breakfast. Target is close by if you need anything.

They seemed short-staffed, because requests took a lot of time to be handled and the breakfast service was late so we did not get to have anything before leaving for our scheduled adventure the second day.

Very good

I was there for just one night with my little dog while visiting my son and family in Larkspur and chose this hotel because they would take my doggy and it was close to my son. It was clean and comfortable and quiet.

There was a kitchen with absolutely nothing in it - not a single cup, plate, pot, pan, utensil. No coffee maker. No shampoo etc in the bathroom. Paying $200 for such a bare room was not good value.

Room was big and comfortable

Front desk staff. One was super inappropriate- asked if I was staying alone and when I said yes he told me I’d be bored and asked if he could be my “friend” then proceeded to call my cell phone for personal reasons- I didn’t answer. Another staff member, when I inquired about a late check out, explained all the reasons why that would inconvenience them. Zero customer service skills.

Colors of room were depressing. Room was not cozy. My first room on the front of the building was noisy from traffic. "Breakfast" was granola bars. That's not breakfast. Coffee was poor
