Personale cordiale, posizione comoda e stanza pulita.
L'unica cosa spiacevole è la dimensione del bagno, ma avevamo letto i commenti e lo sapevamo.

I didn't like that the whole room smelled soaked and it was very humid.

It was older. The rooms was small but clean.
We checked in at 7:40 pm. Me and my significant other were kicked out by the police at 1:30 am. We were watching tv and having some wine and talking. First a lady from the front desk came up and knocked on the door and told my other half that she was getting complaints that were talking to loud. Then we started to lay down and the police came knocking and told us that we had to go. No money back no nothing. Will never stay here again and I am reporting this. I want my money back.

Place
The place is very beautiful and cozy but it ended up being too far from Port Canaveral

Great restaurant attached to Hotel that makes breakfast and lunch easy. The hotel experience and the downtown access is a "step back in time" from the days of my childhood growing up in the "Cloud".
A little larger bathroom area would be nice, but that wasn't an issue as everything works and was clean.

I did not realize the historical factor of this hotel. The antiques in the lobby, my room and the outside alcove were such an extra bonus! My bed was incredibly comfortable and the room so cozy! The hotel and my room brought back wonderful memories of times I spent at my grandparents' house as a child. Staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The town feels like a quaint throwback in time and the boutiques are beautiful! Ice Cream parlor around the corner was the cherry
on top of a wonderful weekend! Will definitely be back and highly recommend! Thank you for great memories we made over the weekend! Lori Tepedino, St. James, NY
There was nothing I did not like, except having to leave!

The staff was amazing and made the check in process seamless. Vending machine did not work and they refunded our money back. Price was reasonable. Lobby was very nice!
Windows were very dirty on the inside and there was no housekeeping or trash can for our room. Room is not like the pictures as seen online. Granted, this is a very old hotel and they want to keep it period correct but need work. The rooms are small and extremely minimalistic. Expect to hear your neighbors because of the age. Parking lot had trash all over it.

Loved the atmosphere. Location is on the main street in St. Cloud. Original amenities as best can be for 100 year old hotel. The staff is amazing; helpful, courteous, made you feel at home!
There is nothing to dislike at this hotel.

The bathroom was very small..and not totally handicap accessible....

The magnificent foyer and the artefacts and splendid staircase there in
The room was scabby. Not particularly clean. The electrics were loose. The bathroom was rather grim and the hot water never ran hot the whole time if our stay. The location was good in OldTown St Cloud

We do not have breakfast at the hotel, but did enjoy John 316 coffee shop located on the property. Met the owner and family it was completely pleased with the service quality of the coffee and pastries. We will go back.
The only issue we had was with construction in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, making it difficult to navigate in and out. That’s a Monday we were able to figure out the ingress and egress with no difficulty, but also found the Hotel South more than accommodating when we called the first evening, attempt to locate the hotel. The manager actually walked out to the street and medicine, our car and let us to a parking place assisted with our luggage and the fun began.

Bed was very comfortable.
That fact that I had to take cold showers was not good, felt like shampoo was still in hair. Spoke to desk clerk, management never acknowledged my problems. She said water would be warmer later in day, that did not happen. How do you have unattended desk at 8/9 in the morning to deal with issues. Want to stay here again because close to family, but cold showers are not my favorite.

The location, the staff, accessibility, and the appearance. Everything was gorgeous. Staff was extremely nice and personable.
3-4 bars in walking distance.
lots of shops in walking distance.
great restaurants in the area- modern and traditional!
Our room was just above a kitchen so we’d get the grease fumes in the bathroom vent which weren’t always pleasant. We’d just keep the door closed or sprayed with a room spray we had with us. However, not an overall downside because if we had a room in a different location, the periodic smell wouldn’t be an issue. side note: the food from the restaurant WAS PHENOMENAL!
Another subtle dislike: thorough floor cleaning… under the dressers, bed and room floor. I remedied with purchasing slipper socks.

I like the old timey look and feel of the place. The rooms were small but comfy and quaint. The bed was very comfortable.
Water pressure is low in the shower....possibly time to clean the shower heads. Toilet is close to the tub, if you are tall have fun.
