The property was decorated beautifully. Our toilet top had a crack, but it worked. Other reviews said there was cigarette stains on the tub, I saw extra tub covering pieces. No cigarette holes, no bugs at all. Not even 1. I loved all about our little room. The lamps were adorable and the furniture was sturdy.

The room was so dirty. There was a bar of soap with hair on it left in the shower. The carpet was sticky. The tv in the kid's room didn't work. The lock on the door was broken. The heater in the room didn't get hot and just blew cold air all night so it was freezing. We won't ever stay here again.

Dirty, no hot water, room smelled like bleach and sweat. Check in is at 4 but room was not ready at that time.

This property is in horrible shape. Picture of the room I rented was fully renovated. What I received was horrible. Mattresses were old and not flat. The room was no renovated. Hot water did not work and wall plugs didn’t hold in a charger so I got a different room.
Second room was almost the same. This place is run down and disgusting. I talked to front desk person and they say they have new investors and are renovating but I was there a week and didn’t see anything going on. It was too late to cancel and find new accommodations or I would have.

The receptionist Wanda was excellent and she got a ground floor room for me which was well equipped. The hotel itself is in a great location for The Fun Spot and Old Town as it is only a short walk. The hotel is in dire need of renovation but if all you need is a room and a shower it is fine.

The only thing good about this place is the location to Old Town. We stayed here back in January of this year and didn't have that much of an issue. This trip was horrible and we will never stay here again. If it wasn't for the fact that it is almost 1am and my daughter is exhausted, we would have left and disputed the charges since they "Don't give out refunds". Another guest stated that it was his third room and he was ready to just leave and they refused to give him a refund as well. The front desk behaved as if the broken door that wouldn't lock (even after maintenance came and banged on the latch with a wrench) was my fault. The room that they moved us to was no better. There was dirt all over the floor. The Murphy bed was disgusting and the room was overall not kept up in repairs. At least this room closed after we had to push hard on it to shut it properly and had a latch. The TV had nonworking channels. I took a videos of everything, but this app is not allowing me to upload them or my photos

Wow! SeraLago has definitely stepped up their rooms. We stayed in the new suites and had plenty of room for 3 adults. Separated bedroom, living room and kitchen area.
I would suggest coffee maker and a comfy chair but everything else was great for the price.

Place had many roaches and poor costumer service

This place was awful. There was a leak in the bathroom that puddled in front of the toilet whenever we ran the shower. The floor was dirty. The sheets were dirty. One of the mattresses smelled like pee. There was at least 1 cockroach. I mentioned the bathroom leak when I checked out but they didn't seem to care; if I wasn't a pushover I would have asked for a different room or a discount, because it was not worth what I paid.

Run down. Dirty . Stained mattresses. 20$ a day fee.

I had to wait 20 minutes for the front counter lady to come in from smoking. The security guard was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone and he just kept saying she will be back soon.. Then she told me I had booked a double bed room and I said no I booked a family suite.. So I had to show her my email and she said well I don't know why they put you in another room, let me make sure I have a clean one.. After standing in the lobby for a total of 40 minutes (including her smoke break time), I was finally given a suite.. This was approximately 8:30pm

Took a long time to check in, no cleaning service "Temporarily suspended", ya ok buddy. Also no ice machine

The lady in the office that checked us in was nothing but AMAZING.. She was sweet and very polite. The only down fall from our trip was the pool closed at 8pm and the hot tub said it was open til midnight but it was closed when we went there at 8:30.

The pictures of this property must have been taken at leats 30 years ago... everything was horrible, since check checking in till the las day of our stay. We checked in at 9 pm the line at the lobby was huge (people complaining first red flag), as soon as we walked to our room the door was open, and the lock didnt work, dirty towels in the bathroom ans the water of the toilet was running, went back to the huge waiting line, we were giving another room, pretty much same conditions, furniture smelled so bad, because it was extremely old, the light at the bathroom looked like a rave party going on and off the whole time, the keys of the room stopped working the second day, hotel full of dogs (definitely no service dogs), I can keep going but I will save your time, just stay away.... ohh be aware of the extra $20 per day for the"RESORT FEE" this place should be ashame of charging this fee for the conditions of the rooms and the whole place.

While it wasn’t terrible it definitely wasn’t something to brag about.
The lights didn’t work in the bathroom and the toilet leaked terribly from the water supply. We reported it and were told they’d fix it but no one ever showed up.
The swimming pool in the back of the property by the suites we stayed in was closed down leaving us thinking there was no pool. It wasn’t until our 2nd day there when I went to report the toilet again that I was told there was another pool up by the front building.
The rooms were a good size but there was no bedding/pillows for the pull out or the Murphy bed.
The cable tv was a joke with almost no channels and bad reception.
Never even tried to connect to the Wi-Fi.
The mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment and the kitchen was big but only contained a microwave along with a ton of empty cabinets and a lot of counter space.
I think the kicker was checking out and finding two days later a charge on my card for just under thirty USD that was completely unauthorized.
After a couple days of trying to reach the manager I was told that staff/housekeeping (who knows) reported the room still occupied at 145pm which is a lie and my gps and toll statement shows me completely out of the county just after check out. It’s been a week and I’ve been told a refund is coming but I’m still waiting.
The location right next door to Fun Spot / Old Town is why we booked here but I wish I would have known the down side because we wouldnt have booked.

The hotel rooms smelled awful. Tvs didnt work phones didnt work the whole property looked like we where in a 3rd world country.
We had to go buy our own sheets and pillowcases because they looked so dirty!!!

It is ok for a night or two, just somewhere to get your head down, not for a longer vacation

This was the worst place I have been to in my life.

Property is not being cleaned, grass is high, pool dirty. It looks like an abandoned hotel

Good place to stay and great area, convenient location for food and entertainment.

It was okay, they need to update their room and TV.

The room’s too dirty to stay. Environment’s very unsafe seems like abandoned hotel. Staff treated us like free room begging.
4.0
The listing for this hotel made it look so much nicer than it really is. The furniture is rusted and damaged. The paint is coming off the walls. The lock was broken to the room. It also smelled very strongly of bleach when we arrived. The location is the only redeeming quality about this hotel. It is close to the parks and has a shuttle to Disney. Also, check in was a horrible experience. We came at 3:30 and we were told to come back at 4. We went and got some food and came back at 4:30. We were told the room wasn’t ready and that we would have to wait. Skip this one and go somewhere else.
2.0
Large trash bins outside our room very stinky and welcomes rodents trash bins were so full it over flowed to the ground no hot tub because they were broken
4.0
Staff was friendly and kind, but that is about it. It is sad to see the state in which this hotel is now in. It used to be our spot several years ago when traveling due to its proximity, but it has gone downhill since then. We felt so unsafe that we left after the first night and did not even care to get credit for the rest of the stay.

Ok place for what we paid for. Trams to parks only left once and came back once.

Mattress was broken, no wash clothes was gave hand towels when asked for them, no toilet tissue. Most lights did not work. Items from present renters still on counters. Outside the room smelled of septic. Terrible experience

This hotel b used to be b a great escape with kids with okay amenities worth the resort fee , but now everything has went downhill the grass was all grown out with weeds looks like it haven’t been mowed in months couldn’t even play in the b playground both Jacuzzi’s were broke b out b of order , restaurant closed , big holes in the ceilings , rusted room does just very sad they no b longer offer wash cloths , no pool towels I mean why even call it a resort it’s really just a motel now with stalkers hanging around I really think they need to be removed off of hotel.com because it actually brings down the quality of hotels to guys offer I would really like a refund but the way the property looked they really need it.

We were Disney pass members and always stayed at Seralago because they had different room types, great pools, a nice bar and (pay for) breakfast. Some of our favorite memories are playing at the pool with all the other kids. This time was so different. First pool locked and closed, no hot tub. No quick service restaurant. Everything was very different, a lot of people living there in the hotel. Animals everywhere. Tons of people smoking outside. No ice machines. Got to the room and put our food in the minifridge, which was in the bathroom! Came home from Walmart and heated up our food. All of a sudden my daughter said Mom there’s bugs everywhere! All over near the fridge and microwave. I was killing them as fast as I could while trying to call the desk. We shook everything and ran to our car. The front desk didn’t care at all. We sat in the car until after midnight waiting on Hotels.com to help us find another place. It was awful and I will never go back. It’s ashamed that I’ve recommended Seralago to so many people. Everything went downhill and it’s sad because it used to be a good affordable family place.

Horrible place to stay..

This hotel looked abandoned. No maintence around the hotel. The room was in horrible condition. The shower was hitting the back wall and I couldn’t move the shower head. The bath had huge yellow stains. The room had a terrible smell. There were dead bugs everywhere on the bed and on the floor. The pictures are all a lie my room was changed but the second room was just as bad and worse. I stood. there one night and I was traumatized
2.0
Property dirt, maintenance horribly job, garbage & cut grass all over the place, room dirty. Customer service/front desk & welcome team rude.

I don’t have a major issue about the property just that it does need an updated on there rooms ..

Door wouldnt lock and had to leave a chair by the door stuck so no one would get in, people talking outside the door all night
3.0
Property is in disarray. They need an influx of lots of money to update the place but won't get it as guests will not want to come there until its updated. Was a ghost town. The staff were super nice and I feel bad they have to work where they are behind the 8 ball already with how outdated and sad the place looks. They are going to field a lot of complaints just for that. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads and the location is convenient.

I'll never stay here again

First they gave us a room that seemed like the door was about to break. Asked to be switched and the other room had rust where the toilet paper goes. Smelled moldy. Prior to getting the second room the key didn't work. My cousin went to the front desk where they provided us with another key that didnt work. They eventually sent maintenence to help with the key situation. Later on that night the bathtub gets clogged and i had to go again to guest services to have it fixed. On the last night the toilet doesn't work so we had to get transferred again to another room. The toilet paper is so limited i had to buy one. If your thinking about staying here Run 🏃♂️. The only thing good was the area was around old town and the food trucks. What i paid and the resort fees was ridiculous for such a hard time we had.
2.0
The room smelled bad. There were 3 raccoons running in front of the rooms, there were 5 pillows for 5 beds, no blankets, mattress was stained and had bugs, towels were dirty, a/c smelled moldy, there were two other people in the lobby complaining about the same issues and wanted their money back.
3.0
You get what you pay for. Place is in dire need of upkeep. We arrived to hotel after flying in, went to take a shower and there were dirty foot prints in tub. Room has a musty smell. Beds were comfortable but do not have an actual mattress protector just a piece of felt material. Playground area grass was tall. Ac worked. Door was sketchy. You can hear the amusement park race track until closing. Did have a microwave and fridge that both worked. Close to Disney parks. It served the purpose for the nights we were there.
